A great hotel in a great location. If staying be aware there is no lift and the rooms are on the second and third floors. The check in was super friendly and we are looking forward to staying again very soon.

What a beautiful boutique! The room was clean and the details and finishing touches were on point. The staff were very helpful, very nice, and spoke English very well. The location was perfect with a number of restaurants just outside the boutique. The main square was just a block away. We plan on going back soon with our daughters and will definitely stay here again!

Couldn’t get a better location to tour Krakow from. Only about 200 meters from the main square and close to Tour pick up points. Good communication and instruction prior to arriving and met with a warm friendly welcome upon arrival. Room was clean a a good size, good shower, nice toiletries and tea/coffee available all day. Would definitely recommend and if we were to come back would stay here again.

This hotel had everything we needed. The location is excellent, literally 2 minutes walk to the square. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. The breakfasts are very good and the staff are friendly and helpful with excellent English. I cannot recommend this highly enough. There are inexpensive bars and restaurants located just outside on the same street that we frequented. The staff organised our transportation to and from the airport. They also organised a tour of Auschwitz but I would recommend you not taking a guided tour of any kind as they all make you leave at 6am and are way too expensive. Once there you do not get enough time to see everything. You would be far better off paying for your entrance online (about 6 weeks before travel date) and organise your travel by train or bus/taxi as it is much much cheaper. When seeing the city negotiate a fair price with the driver of the electric vehicles as they will command too high a price if not, but they are very good in our experience just too pricey.

+ Séjour magnifique, personnel très accueillant, café offert à la réception, possibilité de laisser les bagages après le départ de la chambre. Situation idéale, en plein centre‑ville. – Moquette présente dans tout l’établissement, qui mériterait d’être entretenue plus régulièrement. – Les chambres situées aux 2ᵉ et 3ᵉ étages sans ascenseur (ce n’était pas un problème pour nous, mais bon à savoir pour d’autres voyageurs).
