We was luckily enough to stay in suite 51 with our own private jacuzzi . It has 2 bedrooms and a living , each bedroom has its own on suite . In addition from the living room there is another bathroom which is actually larger with a rain shower . Room was a bit tired , lots of bangs /knocks etc . There are are few loose wobble tiles outside near the jacuzzi , and the outside just needs a good clean . The breakfast had lots of meats/cheeses /cereal . Then there’s a hot menu which you can order from . The crepes are really good . Location is right next to the train station, litterly . You can definitely hear the trains as they run straight passed, so not great if you are a light sleeper . Didn’t bothered me , seemed to start around 05:00. And the free water /soft drinks /sparkling wine was much appreciated. Would I return , definitely of the occasion aroused .

We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant twice. Food and cocktails were lovely. Decent prices. Although breakfast was included we didn't go as we are not big morning eaters. Jacuzzi on the roof was excellent. So relaxing with superb views. Mini beer being refilled daily was a brilliant touch and a free welcome bottle of prosecco. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Krakow.

Opposite train station so excellent for travel. 8-10 mins walk to main square. Staff very helpful and very pleasant. We were on B&B and food variety was plentiful. Rooms very spacious and clean, only negative was maid didn’t come to clean room until after 4 on day 3&4 and that was when we were back in room. Hot tub was fantastic and a lovely end to the night every day of the stay. Would definitely stay at hotel again if we visit Krakow.

Had a lovely stay. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Prosecco and mini bar were a nice touch. Central location, within walking distance of the Jewish quarter and old town and very handy for the train.

We booked to stay here because of the location, only a 2 min walk from the train station and approx 10 mins walk to the main square. The hotel exceeded our expectations in almost every area. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The TV has Chromecast which makes it easy to stream content from your phone or tablet which is something that so many hotels lack but enhances a stay for very little extra cost. There is a mini fridge that contains water and soft drinks that are free and is restocked daily. Breakfast is a mix of a buffet and cooked to order, all of which is a high standard. There is a sauna and hot tub available for no extra cost but we did not use these. In summary... Clean, modern, fantastic location. Would absolutely stay here again

The Loft Hotel er et utmerket alternativ for dere som ønsker et hotell av høy kvalitet og standard (rom, renhold, frokost) og hvor du som gjest er i fokus hos personalet. Hotellet ligger sentralt i Krakow med kort avstand til gamlebyen og den jødiske delen av Krakow med alt det har å tilby av shopping, restauranter, barer, severdigheter osv. Room was really big and modern. Close to train station and a brilliant location with everything in walking distance. The staff were awesome we where treated so well nothing was too much trouble. The pizzas where really great value. Free breakfast was great with a hot selection made to order. Spectacular views from the rooftop hotub. Will definitely be booking again.

2nd year in a row staying at The Loft and my wife & I just love everything about it - staff, food, sauna, jacuzzi on rooftop, location, price. We had a brilliant time and room 36 was very nice ans spacious. We will be back again next year! Thanks!

Room superb. Free bottle of prosecco and mini bar topped up daily of fizzy drinks, water and milk to utilise with coffee machine and kettle for tea. Great hot tub on roof and sauna, sauna has to be booked prior to use. Staff very friendly, even went above and beyond for us when our Auschwitz tour got rearranged for a 5am leave and they organised for a lunch box to he made up for us with us missing breakfast. Very impressed and would definitely be my go to hotel should I ever revisit Krakow.

Clean room, added extras of the free drinks which were re filled every day and the complimentary prosecco. Lovely modern hotel and being able to have that chill out time in the sauna and jacuzzi was an extra bonus would definitely stay again.
