Beds were comfortable. Hotel room was quiet. Breakfast was plentiful. Hotel centrally located. Check in was smooth. Front desk arranged breakfast to go for us when we had an early excursion which was so appreciated!

Room was large and very clean. Staff can speak excellent English, which was much better than our Polish! Shower was very powerful. Can't complain! Located a short walk away from the castle, old town centre and also good for bus and tram links. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Poland.

Vi hade ett väldisponerat Superior-rum med fantastiskt skön säng. Fin utsikt mot parken och nära till allt från hotellet. Mycket bra frukost. Supertrevlig personal. Allt överträffade förväntningarna.

First time to Poland. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet but near a large variety of sights and entertainment options. Parking is off property but nearby. Would recommend.

The hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The whole building was well maintained and high quality finish and tastefully decorated. More gluten free options for breakfast would have made the stay perfect.
