My room was really quiet and I loved the spa and pool area. The hotel is right in the old town and so many attractions and restaurants nearby. Would stay here again.

This property is in the BEST location and where we stayed made for a great experience. The restaurant had great food. It was very easy to walk to places via Google maps. We even took the bus system to get to and from airport and it was very easy. Easier going back to the airport as we knew our way around. Their is a small grocery store right down from hotel and we ate breakfast at the Gossip café 3 mornings out of 5. The fruit pancakes (honey almond) and the gossip omelet and we split those 2 items. So good and food was delicious and reasonably priced. You will love old town Krakow!!! At night you can walk to the main square and people are out dancing and having a good time. Overall fun vibe. Bring good walking shoes. The pool and hot tub and very relaxing at night too. Would definitely stay here again. Go to cloth hall as well in main square. Lots of street vendors

Perfectly positioned and remarkably quiet, in spite of street noise on Friday and Saturday evenings. We weren’t disturbed at all. Superb breakfast with extremely lovely staff. We found WiFi patchy and sometimes a little slow at times. Really great stay and would highly recommend.

An excellent location with a great bar/ restaurant attached plus rooftop terrace. Easy walking distance to the main square (literally 2 minutes max) and a great range of shops, bars and restaurants on the same street. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Relativt nytt hotell midt i smørøyet av Krakow. Vi hadde rom 109, som var romslig, rent og trivelig. Mener dette var det eneste hotellet i den gamle bydelen som hadde basseng og sauna fasiliteter i flott utførelse. Vi bestilte med frokost inkludert. Angrer ikke på det ... både rikelig med utvalg, og god, fersk kvalitet over det hele. Her kommer vi gjerne tilbake.

The hotel itself is great- the rooms are very nice and have all the amenities you could ask for. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the spa and pool area is great. The only downside is the noise from Main Street at night, but that is the risk from a property that is so central

The hotel is ideally located for exploring and being close to local amenities. Our room overlooked the main street, but was very quiet and nice to look down onto. Our room (a standard queen) was large, with a sofa and nice bathroom. We used the spa multiple times - the pool, sauna, hot tub etc were free to use up until 10pm. They provide towels and slippers and lockers free of charge. We didn't use the restaurant but had the water out of the mini bar (go over the road to the local Carrefour express - much cheaper!). We also used reception to book our tours (Auschwitz and Salt Mine) in advance of our arrival which was very straight forward. We have already recommended this hotel to family and would definitely stay again. Clean, spacious, great location and helpful staff. All round win.

Perfect! Lovely welcome. Great room with decent view. Catches the morning sun. Great location. Gym and pool excellent. Had a massage, lovely. Did not end up eating in hotel but will next time. Highly recommend. Also super quiet and lovely beds.
