Amazing trip, room was really nice and surprisingly spacious. Breakfast was great, lounge is cool. Good vibes here. Only odd thing was the hallways outside the room smelled AWFUL. But luckily only in the hallway for 10seconds from stairwell to room.

Very gracious staff, top to bottom. Beautifully appointed hotel in impeccable condition (just learned it was renovated and reopened 5 months ago). Very tastefully done. Had a grand feel without losing the boutiques nature of the property. Location was very central. I couldn't have been more pleased and I would say the staff was a big part. The restaurant was also excellent. Very nice presentation and quality. Thank you!

This is a lovely hotel, well situated that is welcoming and professionally managed. The staff are exceptional from the very first moment, going above and beyond to offer suggestions for things to visit and places to eat. Joanna is a stand-out superstar. She is caring with timely follow up. She enhanced our stay. If I had to find an opportunity for improvement, the breakfast buffet is repetitive. This hotel and its employees are rare gems.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The entire property was exceptionally clean, from the rooms to the common areas, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining everything to a very high standard. I booked 2 rooms. We found that one of the rooms had a fowl order but I believe it was coming up from the shower stall. Once we turned on the AC and ventilated the room it was better. What truly stood out was the hospitality. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. They even left a personalized handwritten thank you note. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. We would gladly return again.

Sentral beliggenhet, midt i turistgate med en del støy fra restauranter (hørtes dog ikke med vinduene igjen). Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme i resepsjonen, snakket bra engelsk. Veldig rene rom med nydelig interiør.

Great hotel in a brilliantly central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned and put straight every day so a joy to come back to. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Woukd definitely recommend.

The breakfast was excellent - cooked options along with fresh fruit and bread. Also had non- dairy options for the yogourt and milk. The room was very clean and the staff were beyond friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast was in a beautiful room. Air conditioning was quiet. Loved the spaciousnessnof the room and shower. Great shower power. Lovely staff. Elevator is very small, but that adds to the quaintness, just watch your head if you are above 5'9 and take the stairs. Low wall beam needs a warning sign.

Great breakfast and great location. Downside of visit was taxi ride from the airport cost 60 euros and the credit card machine not working! Taxi was from the official taxi rank outside. Our ride on the way back was 29 euros and credit card worked! Check before you leave. The hotel was a great place and would go back again!
