PLEASE TAKE NOTE BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL –
Please read the below to get a full understanding of our apartments and how we work.
This is an apartment rental NOT a hotel.

INVOICE
If you would like an invoice for your stay, you need to let us know within 3 days before your check-in date. Invoices requested after this period will not be issued. All requested invoices are issued and sent until 10 days business days after the check-out date.
For the invoice, please provide us with the following information:
Name
Address
VAT number

Please be advised, for the comfort and respect of all our guests we do not allow ANY parties or gatherings in the apartments. No visitors or additional guests will be allowed into the building or apartments unless pre-arranged with the reservations department at reservas@mirabilisgroup.com

WE DO NOT ALLOW GUESTS TO SLEEP ON THE COUCH.
Children 5yrs and younger can share a bed with their parents, and children 6yrs and older must have their own bed.

We do not allow any decorations, party messes, confetti, or anything stuck on the walls as it causes damage.

CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES AND DETAILS
Check-in time is from 15:00
Check-out is until 11:00

KEY COLLECTION
You will, please, collect your key at the AAA23 reception desk, upon arrival.

CHECK-IN PROCESS
All your check-in details will be sent via this Booking.com messenger so please make sure you check your messages regularly to see your check-in details.

Please, make sure your contact/phone number details are correct as we might call or text you before your arrival to discuss your check-in. We will not send any check-in details unless we have spoken to you directly or have the correct contact details.

We require all our guests to submit proof of their ID as per the Portuguese Immigrations and Borders Service (SEF) requirements. Please use the link that will be sent to you by CHEKIN to safely upload your ID.

Age restriction of 21yrs unless accompanied and staying with parents - we will not let ANYONE under the age of 21yrs check-in without their parent present.

APARTMENT CLEANS AND LINEN/TOWELS
All bedding and linen are provided. Each apartment comes standard with a duvet, 2 pillows, 1 x large towel, 1 x hand towel/per guest.

For the preservation of the environment and water – we only do a clean after check-out or a clean and linen changes for stays longer than 7 nights.
There is a washer-dryer in the apartment for you to use if needed. Alternatively, you can pay for additional linen and towels during your stay.
