I had such a nice day, the staff was excellent so accommodating and helpful with tips for the area and just accommodating and needs we had. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern but cozy. Excellent central location, we had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Very centrally located, could walk to so much. The staff was awesome and so helpful and friendly, and loved our dinner recommendations. The walking tour they offer was also very interesting and learned a lot on that as well. The staff was also very helpful with organizing rides, and tourist tips, as well as plans for enjoying the local festivals and World Cup events. Would definitely recommend this property and their wonderful staff.

An impeccable hotel from check in professionalism till check out !! Personalized and extraordinary service. We checked in quite late and they escorted us to the lounge while they finished the check in process and at the same time taking our luggage to our room. Great welcome mocktails ! Our room was very clean, comfortable and great ! We had late dinner and the food & service was more than perfect. They even went out of their way and boiled some plain potato for my wife as she wasn’t feeling good since our flight. Next morning as o had breakfast alone downstairs which was amazing they extended their service in providing what’s needed for my wife in the room as she wasn’t still feeling well as well as extending our check out time till just before our departure late afternoon to accommodate us till the last minute with no extra charges. I have travelled a lot around the world and stayed at many 5 even 6 star hotels and only a few stand out to me and this was one of them. Keep up the great work

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The space was beautiful, clean, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. My room was red and my hallway was blue; I was secretly hoping for green since it’s my favorite color, but I still loved the unique design. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and every staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the city. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Art Legacy hotel. The hotel staff was exceptional, remembered your room number, and extremely helpful. The black out curtains were great for sleep. There was minimal noise. The breakfast was also a big highlight, with a la carte AND buffet service. We loved the omlette and the coffee. The rooms were a bit smaller, but extremely clean and bvlgari amenities which we appreciated. Another highlight was the staff's recommendations and kindness throughout the stay. Thank you to the front staff for all your help from the very start to the end!

Location, Staff and Interior design all excellent. 2nd time we have stayed here and the outstanding staff and location make it worthwhile. However be aware its pricey and the rooms although well equiped are on the very small size and the lack of bed side tables can make this a challenge

A beautiful hotel in the heart of the city! The staff were so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable & relaxing. They also have the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel! Highly recommend this great stay if you’re wanting to be in the center of town.

Her şey mükemmeldi. Mükemmel konum, mükemmel kahvaltı ve mükemmel personel. Özellikle Filipa sampaio çok teşekkür ederim. Her şeyle ilgilendi. Böyle güzel bir ekibe ve Filipa’ya sahip olduğunuz için, çok güzel bir otel ve hizmet sunumu ile karşılaştık.
