Hotel is at great location for walking to the cruise terminal and traveling by public transportation to the rest of Lisbon. Breakfast is a very nice spread. Downstairs is the hotel bar. It is opposite to a very popular Portuguese restaurant. We had an excellent stay at this compact clean hotel.

Kleines Hotel - große Leistung Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral unweit des Hafens direkt an einer kleinen Fußgängerzone. Restaurants und Geschäfte liegen direkt am Hotel - trotzdem ist es innen leise und ruhig. Die Zimmer in dem durchsanierten Gebäude sind modern und gemütlich ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich wohl. Alles war sauber und gut gepflegt (im Gegensatz zu manchem Gebäude in der Umgebung). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und hochwertig in der kleinen hauseigenen Bar. Frisches Obst, Säfte, Müsli, Wurst, Käse, Gebäck, Brötchen, Brot, Eier in unterschiedlichen Ausführungen… Das Hotelpersonal war sehr bemüht und jederzeit erreichbar. Das Hotel kann man ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen. Gerne wieder.

The hotel had obviously had a recent refurbishment, and I commend the designer, builder, owner to their attention to detail. The room was clean, as was the compact bathroom. The room had luggage rack was big enough to take 2 suitcases side by side. The hanging space was open sided but with coat hangers with actual hooks, not anti theft fittings, air conditioning controls for the room. TV , Google TV so if you want to watch it's subscription. Quiet location, but at least 6 different restaurants in the street outside within 30m walk. For cruisers you can see and walk to and from the cruise terminal from directly outside the hotel, you would need to negotiate perhaps 200m of cobbled walkway before a smooth surface would allow suitcases to be walked to and from the terminal, no gauntlet of rip off, cash only taxi drivers. The staff are multi lingual welcoming efficient, there to help, good breakfast choices. Maybe 25 rooms on 4 floors, small 4 person lift, ground floor is cafe, bar breakfast area, reception, somebody thought about the traveller in putting this hotel together, well done.

Stayed here for 3 nights pre-cruise and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is quite small with only about 25 rooms but the hotel has gone thru a renovation . Rooms are nicely done and clean. Natalie, at the front desk is helpful with a wealth of information as to the sights, sounds, restaurants in the area. It is close to many restaurants, sightseeing sights and close to the port. The breakfast is nice and includes coffee, juice, bread rolls, croissants, sliced cheese, cold cuts, fresh fruit, cold cereals, scrambled eggs or hard boiled eggs, beans and usually a hot vegetable mixture. There is plenty of food.

Great location. We would stay here again. Note that while it says a hotel, it is more like an Air B&B. We picked the keys up from remote location. Staff were lovely at the pick up location and messaged us to make sure we were happy. I would stay here again.
