This hotel was spectacular . It was very clean and the staff was amazing . Anna and Penelope were most helpful in explaining how excursions booked through the hotel work and they were always there to answer any questions and addressed any concerns we may have had . They also booked our taxi to the airport . They made our stay hassle free and always took time for us . I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Lisbon .

We enjoyed our stay at Behotelisboa. The property is extremely clean and the staff are very helpful with details for local things and places. I did find the room we booked smaller than expected but there are larger available. We should have upgraded since we were staying more than a few days. Breakfast is available with standard Euro continental offerings. Overall the property is recommended and a great location to be central to Lisbon sites.

The staff was incredibly helpful! We arrived into Lisbon early and they offered to hold our bags and see if our room was ready early. Then once we were shown to our room, the view was stunning and the accommodation were very comfortable. The 4th floor was very well soundproofed from the street noise. Then after we checked out, we missed our train and went back to ask if they could hold our bags for 4 hours and Rodrigo was very helpful and held them for us. The port wine at check in was also a wonderful touch. Thank you Behotelisboa!

What a wonderful welcome to Lisbon...we were greeted by the friendly front desk who gave us a delicious welcome port and pastel de nata. Room was a little small but great.The breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold choices. Location was fabulous. Note: Hotel is on a pedestrian street so if you need to take an Uber you will need to walk a block to catch one.

Friendly, welcoming staff that truly make you feel cared for. The hotel is clean, chic, beautifully decorated, and has a great atmosphere. The location is excellent — right on a lively street with restaurants and within walking distance to the castle and many of Lisbon’s main attractions. A wonderful stay overall.

Very nice and clean hotel! Comfortable beds.Staff friendly and helpful. Location, location, location...you can walk to most places you want to see, or close by is the hop on hop off bus. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and would reccomend!

This was a great hotel with a location very close to many attractions and dining opportunities. Staff was very helpful, and breakfast was very good. The only issue was parking, which is several blocks away and you need a card from the hotel before you can park (or pay more..). We arrived later than expected on our first day driving in Portugal and it was a little crazy trying to get to the hotel to get the parking card, since it was the end of rush hour and many of the streets were closing for dinner. If they could find a way to avoid having to go to the hotel before parking it would be a huge improvement.

Behotelisboa was extremely clean with very friendly and helpful staff. It is right in the heart of the busy area of tourist-Lisbon but the energy is lots of fun! It does not get loud at night and it is wonderful to open the terrace window in the morning to hear the city wake up. We highly recommend it!

Our stay was wonderful.. we arrived early and the staff were warm& welcoming.. they kept our bags while we explored the area and had lunch. Our room was small (we knew it would be) but well-equipped. The location is unbeatable! (Although be aware you can’t drive since it’s on a pedestrian only street). But that’s part of what makes it quaint. We enjoyed breakfast buffet at the adjoined restaurant. All-in-all we were very happy with everything! Would stay here again.
