Ficamos 5 noites hospedados no Blue Liberdade Hotel, o excelente atendimento iniciou assim que chegamos, todos os colaboradores sempre muito educados, gentis e receptivos. Na recepção tem café, pastel de nata, agua e vinho para todos os hospedes oferecidos de forma gratuita, além de água e alguma bebidas que estão no quarto. Os quartos e banheiro tem um ótimo tamanho, confortáveis e limpos, há também disponível secador e chapinha. A acústica excelente! Café da manhã bem gostoso, frutas, iogurtes, sucos, café, leite, variedade de pães, queijo, presunto, ovos, bacon, valeu a pena incluir o pequeno almoço junto com a estadia.

Hotel was in an excellent location. The staff was incredibly proactive, friendly and fun. They provide provided water, tea, coffee, and snack snacks throughout the day. They made sure I always had full water in our room and gave us access to other drinks within our room. Was able to walk to shopping dining end of the party I was invited to.

We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Excellent location. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Free drinks and snacks in the lobby. Comfortable bed and excellent towels and hairdryer!

Room was great. Quiet. Bed was comfortable. Nice size shower/bathroom with good water pressure and heat. Pillows were fine. There was an option to ask for different ones if they were not what you wanted. The walking tour was not available while we were there which was a bummer. Location was perfect for getting everywhere. Small but tasty breakfast. Coffee was from a machine, which I found a little odd. If it wasn’t included I probably wouldn’t have eaten there, but it was fine. Overall, I’d stay again and it was nice.

Superb room, with two French doors and small balconies…and perfect view of the beautiful Avinida Liberdad. Wonderful, friendly staff who helped us with sightseeing reservations, dining out suggestions, and allowed us extra time to check out (wife was feeling a little ill). The complimentary breakfast each morning is freshly made, varied, and filling - not your typical “continental”. Bravo!!

Location is excellent as it’s centrally located on a beautiful avenue with many restaurants and shops within steps of this property. Very nice bathroom with modern touches. Room was extremely clean.

The staff were exceptional friendly and multi-lingual. There are free light snacks and drinks in the lobby. The breakfast staff was also friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fresh and simple. Our room was pristine and clean. House keeping was on the spot every morning. The hotel is in prime location for everything (shopping, food, tours). The hotel attached restaurant was 5 star. Make reservations. The line gets long.

This hotel was a great find! Loved the location, so close to restaurants and not far from stores and the water. Very walkable area….the staff was so friendly and accommodating, and we looked forward each morning to the pastry and coffee. Have already recommended this hotel to many people. Don’t hesitate!
