I LOVED THIS PLACE! Truly, I did. Quaint and unique. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and signature drink. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. If I come back to Lisbon (which I plan on doing), I would stay here again. From the decor to the music to the elevator and the speaker in the room, this hotel is has a charm that can only be experienced.

O hotel fica em ótima localização, a equipe da recepção é muito atenciosa, os quartos são bonitos e estavam bem limpos, só achei o quarto pequeno, mas não foi um problema, gostei muito da experiência

The staff at Browns Boutique Hotel were so incredibly helpful and kind. My room was small but comfortable and clean. The vibe in the lobby is unmatched. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

This is a lovely boutique hotel. The room (superior) was fabulous, the bed very comfy and the shower was one of the best ever in a hotel - powerful and hot! The staff on reception were very smiling and helpful as were the bar/catering staff. The only "quirky" bit was that breakfast was served in the Brown's Central hotel some 20 yards down the street - but it was a very good breakfast, well worth the walk! We'll be back next time we're in Lisbon.

Amazing checkin and checkout service, staff was beyond helpful and polite. Room was clean and excellent location. I have zero complaints about the hotel itself, the only thing that was a tad bothersome was the housekeeping staff that were “loud” in the hallways in morning.. must be thin walls. But overall 5/5 stay.
