We very much enjoyed our stay at Browns central hotel. It was in an excellent location with easy access to major metro stations, and walking distance to multiple neighbours for great restaurants and bars. The hotel was very well maintained and our room (although a little on the small side) was lovely and clean, had cupboards for unpacking and space to store our suitcases out of the way. The bathroom was excellent, a great size with a large and powerful shower. The staff were also very lovely and helpful. We received a welcome cocktail (alcoholic and non alcoholic options were available) and a complimentary bottle of wine. I would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Excellent location near lots of restaurants and shops and just a short (flat) walk to Commerce Square and the Tagus River. Staff is very helpful and they've an excellent bar right near reception. Great Happy Hour too.

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring the city. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations and questions. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the relaxing atmosphere at the bar. The room was quiet, modern, and very comfortable after long days of sightseeing. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Location was amazing. This is a boutique hotel that is unique in its style and has everything you ever could want. It was reasonably priced and in the heart of the city. Staff were incredibly friendly and the place was spotless. Highly recommend
