This trip was excellent because of how accommodating the lovely lady at the front desk was during our journey about our rooms. Excellent, in-depth location for the railway station. We were initially unhappy about why we had to pay city tax when we checked in because our reservation included it in the total cost of the room. Instead, we had to pay the city tax what appeared to be once more upon arrival, so we had to pay it twice. When we first entered our room, we were shocked to discover that the double room with a private bathroom that was meant to have soundproofing was not soundproof in any way, and that it was actually located within a flat with four bedrooms and a communal kitchen, directly across from our room. This on the site falsely advertises, but it should be made more apparent because we could both hear and smell everything. When the other guests were playing loud music in the separate kitchen, we could hear the toilet flush from the room next to us, and the sounds of someone receiving messages or talking made us feel very safe. The room itself had a fair amount of black mold, which was also smelled bad and I knew with being asthmatic that I would get wheezy if I stayed in this room. A positive aspect of this excursion is that the lovely receptionist was extremely kind when we went to discuss this room. She called to see if there was another room we might move to and showed us
