Perfekter Aufenthalt und tolle Gastgeberin! Einwandfreies Zimmer in ruhiger, aber super angebundener Lage (Bus & U-Bahn schnell erreichbar). Die Kommunikation vorab lief fantastisch. Ein großes Dankeschön an die herzliche Gastgeberin Rosalia für die tollen Tipps und die leckere Flasche Wein vom Familienweinberg als Willkommensgeschenk. Absolute Empfehlung!

I had an amazing stay at this property. The room was spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. The street that this property was located on was safe and quiet. Additionally, the host, Rosalia, was incredibly quick to reply to messages about checking in and checking out. She also kindly left a bottle of wine for us in the room. The rooftop patio on the property was beautiful and enjoyable to watch the sunset from. While the location was a bit far from the city centre (~30 - 40 minute walk), there was a bus nearby that was only 10 minute long ride. My friend and I had a lovely stay at this location and would happily recommend this property to our friends and family.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! Everything about it was outstanding. The property itself is perfect -- clean, sleek, and airy, with a lovely terrace out back. Our room was exactly as pictured and the bed was super-comfortable. But the most important factor was the property manager, Rosalia. She literally could not have been nicer or friendlier, and she saw to each and every one of our needs promptly and efficiently. She made our visit very special and we greatly appreciate it.

O quarto é excelente, espaçoso e confortável. Bonito, limpo, decorado, espaçoso, chuveiro quente e com pressão. A equipe é prestativa e responde bem rápido. Está um pouco afastado do centro, mas é possível caminhar e chegar tranquilamente. Faltam suportes para toalhas, um cabideiro (para por os casacos) e suporte para por shampoo e sabonete no box, mas são detalhes para melhorar apenas.

Ich hatte ein wunderschönes, helles und grosses Zimmer. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es einen Altbauteil gibt. Diese Zimmer haben einen eigenen Charme, sind jedoch sehr hellhörig. Man hört jedes Gemurmel auf der Strasse und auch im Haus selber. Die Gegend ist ideal um alles in einem ruhigen Tempo zu erkunden. Ca. 20 min in die Stadt mit all ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Rosalià ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die gleich zu Beginn all ihre Tipps zur Erkundung der Stadt und Umgebung bereithält. Vielen Dank

The location is great if you want to be out of the busy areas and like it quieter. It is about a 20 minute walk that is very easy (straight line) or 5 euro in an uber. It is a very charming property and was perfect for us. They could do better with little things to get a perfect score. Better pillows and include shampoo. They claim parking is included but the location has no dedicated parking but free steeet parking, I feel that is misleading. They included a bootle of their own green wine which was nice but no corkscrew to open it. We enjoyed the stay overall and also try the French restaurant next door! One of the best dining experiences we ever had!

Gesamthaft kann die Unterkunft empfohlen werden. Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeber. Wir waren 7. Nächte da, unser Zimmer war für diese "lange Zeit" etwas knapp bemessen. Im Bad konnte sich nur eine Person bewegen. Aber sonst war alles "WUNDERBAR"

Väldigt mysigt och fint! Ligger centralt men lute utanför och därför lugnare. Fin stor uteplats som var mysig att sitta på. Dottern älskade allt rosa i rummet. Mamman också. 😀

There is NOT parking at this place. The description says “free included self parking.” This actually refers to free parking on the street if you can find it. When I pointed out this misinformation to the person who checked me in, he very arrogantly responded via message that I misunderstood what that means. However, the Hotels own website very clearly state there is NO parking at this place. Finding parking on the street for our rental car was not easy and took over 30 minutes at one point. I literally had to stand in the street holding a parking spot while my husband drove around the corner. Also, I don’t know what the listing said about housekeeping, but that didn’t happen at all during our 4 night stay. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent accueil de Rosalia dans cette belle maison en ville. Possibilité de parking dans la rue. Pas de réception. Malheureusement, nous avons sans doute eu la moins bonne chambre de l'hôtel : en sous-sol, 2 lucarnes au niveau du sol, donc sombre et humide. Chambre aménagée pour personne en fauteuil roulant, toilettes et salle de bain très inconfortables.
