Lovely breakfast, common area, and spacious rooms. Location was great for our first time in Lisbon - super walkable and easy to get around to major attractions and transit stations. The staff were super helpful, kind and professional. Would definitely recommend to others, and would love to come back again!

WONDERFUL HIDDEN GEM IN BARRIO ALTO---QUIET BUT CLOSE TO ALL THE LISBON ACTION!!!! Julia and the entire hotel team at this wonderful hidden gem in Barrio Alto neighborhood of Lisbon is highly recommended for you to stay at when visiting Lisbon. It is walking distance to pretty much everything, but when you need a rest and a quiet night’s sleep it delivers. Although there is some noise transference if you have inconsiderate neighbors as fellow guests, we had an amazing and restful stay and the most generous breakfast they service from 8-10am daily will probably have you skipping lunch and just opting for a Pastel De Nata pastry and a coffee/tea instead. There is a honor bar for afternoon and evenings should you prefer that to taking advantage to all the live bars and clubs within walking distance. Whether you need an umbrella or something printed out for work the staff is ready to help. They are also quite knowledgeable about recommending good places to go whether to eat, drink, sightsee or see a great FADO show. We have been there a few times now and they don’t disappoint with generous guestroom sizes including a walk-in shower and large sized bathroom. Room prices are quite fair and the location is safe—the local police station is a 2 minute walk away from the hotel.

Raum war angenehm und ruhig. Der Flur ist stellenweise etwas hellhörig - wenn der Zimmernachbar die Türen etwas zu energisch schließt ist das hörbar. War aber nicht wirklich störend. Bad war gut ausgestattet. Die Türen zu den Zimmern sind mit Schlüssel abschließbar. Die Eingangstür zum Hotel ist via Magnetschloss gesichert und kann nur mit Code oder persönlich vom Empfang geöffnet werden. Die Codes sind pro Gast/Zimmer einzigartig und werden vermutlich regelmäßig geändert. (Temp Codes) Es gibt jeden morgen zwischen 8-10Uhr ein Frühstücksbuffet mit Ei, Obst, Gemüse, Brot und Belag. Die Küche ist frei nutzbar. Kaffee und Tee kann nach Bedarf geholt werden. Es gibt eine "Ehrenbar" in der Gäste sich alkoholische Getränke zubereiten können. Es wird darauf vertraut, das die Gäste etwaige Nutzung fair finanziell ausgleichen. Die Lage ist sehr angenehm um die Gegend zu erkunden. Es gibt einige Restaurants/Lokale in der Nähe. Beim Check-In wurde mir eine kleine Karte mit Lokalempfehlungen überreicht. Hinweis: Weder Bairro Alto, Lisbon selbst oder das Hotel sind "Barrierefrei" - Im Hotel gibt es Treppenstufen und Bairro Alto ist stellenweise sehr steil. Lisbon ist "Die Stadt der 7 Hügel" (Wie mir eine Einheimische mitteilte)

My third visit did not disappoint, I love the common area and kitchen which are so helpful and make you feel so at home. My room needed some tlc which I passed on to the staff, nothing major but once improved the room will be even better. I will be back.

This place is literally perfect. Centrally lovated and walkable to everything (Pink St included). The staff are lovely, welcoming, and informative. My room was pristine and even smelled nice, probably because of the great products in there.

My room was beautifully designed, with a cozy balcony overlooking the terracotta rooftops — the ideal spot for a morning espresso.
