The staff was very nice, and the service was so excellent. We made a reservation for this place a couple of days before our trip to Sinatra. You may enjoy your breakfast at the hotel because they collaborate with the Lawrence hotel. The rooms' amenities however were simply inadequate. There was a leak in the boiler in one room, while the shower in the other room was unsteady. But, it was okay given that we only needed a bed to rest and take a shower. If you are in Sinatra, search for a parking space.

Good location, close to the Quinta da Regalia and the National Palace. If you need a bus, there is a bus stop near the hotel. Good and straightforward service and accommodation. If I return to Sinatra I will stay there again.

This hotel is managed by the Lawrence hotel where the check-in is. Guests at the Casa do Arcada can use the facilities provided by the Lawrence hotel. The casa do Arcade is being renovated. We didn't have a fridge, it was in the closed hall and had to be divided into two rooms for now, no issue. If you are not steady on your feet, the 2 lower rooms are hard to reach, a dozen stone steps to go gown and up. The bathroom is very clean, but needs to be renovated in the future. Shower only. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. As in the rest of Sinatra parking is a disaster. The hotel is very central to the main sightseeing sites and can be reached on foot. The 2 castles must be reached by bus. The hotel is very quiet at night. The reception is one of the most helpful we came across in Portugal, keep up the good work!.

I went to Sinatra with my boyfriend. The house at Casa do Arch seemed perfect and it was. The host family of the proprietor is very kind, friendly, and welcoming. The accommodation was clean and spacious enough for a couple. The hotel is within walking distance of city attractions. The only thing I guess all hotels in Sinatra encounter is parking. Although I was fortunate enough to park my car just outside the front door.

This hotel has a good location and close to all the tourist shops and the train station. The accommodation is clean even though it is a little size. The host family owner is very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also, the location is close to bus stops and other attractions.
