Breakfast was included. It was a mix of cold items and warm items. Everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel was always clean and smelt amazing! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Parking is right outside for .60€/hr I don’t think I paid more then 3€ a day due to being out and about plus after 8pm it’s free until 8am.

Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good everyday. Eggs, ham, bacon and delicious cheese. Good coffee and juice. Some rooms were quite small but adequate. We moved to a larger room mid week with no problem. It was nice to be in a more traditional old house. Very central to everything. We had no issues with parking in front of the hotel. Graca who was there everyday was lovely. The owner was very responsive to messages on what's app. Would highly recommend.

The unique atmosphere of living in the really old, authentic monastery-like place, but with the best smell ever, modern bathrooms, most comfortable bed and crispiest bedding I’ve ever had among multiple hotels on my very long trip around several countries. It’s on the big plaza, close to main cathedral (if you don’t mind bells), fort, now military museum, waterfront, small eating places, and might be important to those who want to rent a car, it is right next door to it. Breakfast is more than adequate, comfortable common area with couches, chairs, fireplace (can’t guarantee not for decor only), but overall the place has a feeling of boutique house, not real hotel. Only 5 rooms, 2 upstairs with no elevator though, and have to check in online with the approximate time of arrival, as the front door is locked and stuff member is not always inside to open as there’s no so-to-speak front desk. That’s the only inconvenience imho, but adds to the feeling of the real home. Very-very impressed and would highly recommend for certain type of tourists who don’t like big chain hotels.

This was our second time staying at Casa Do Campo de Sao Francisco. We arrive early, but our room wasn't ready. Felix dis allow us to have breakfast and store our luggage. The room that I booked, wasn't the room that we stayed in, not sure why my room was changed. The food was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. My only complaints are that there was a humming noise every evening thru out the night until the morning. The last night we could hear running water. I wish that visitors who stay at your facility, could learn how to close the front door, without letting it slam. Very annoying when your trying to sleep.

Happy that we stayed at this property. It was as pictured and advertised. There was a hiccup at check-in, so probably best to contact them with exact flight details to ensure someone is there to receive you. Very charming space, and location worked out great for us. Breakfast is offered, and offering is great and sufficient. Highly recommend.

Casa do Campo de São Francisco is a perfect place to stay in Ponta Delgada. It's location is excellent; close to many restaurants, shopping and the waterfront and a convenient starting point for exploring the island.The hotel is an historic buidling and is beautifully decorated. The rooms are very large with comfortable beds and a sitting area. The breakfast is excellent and cooked by the hotel's friendly host and served in the beautiful dining/ sitting room overlooking the garden. Parking is right in front of the hotel and free after 7pm until 8am (60 cent euro/ hour otherwise). We loved our 4 night stay in this beautiful and unique 5 room hotel. We highly recommend!!
