It was an amazing experience to find a hotel like this in the middle of the town. Very close to everything within walking distance. Diego at the front desk was super, super helpful from the time I check in till the day a check out. The room was amazing, the decor and comfort was great, love the decoration felt like a was Safari trip.

Nice older room that's set up perfectly. The location was exactly what we were looking for, walking distance to everything we needed and just a 10 minute walk to the train.

Very nicely appointed apartment suite, with extremely comfortable bed, and so, so quiet. Recommend dinner at entrance Restaurant .... Pork Belly entree then local grilled fish Just sit and watch the Trams go by. Ps From train station, cobble streets all UP. But plenty Taxis at Station ... if you packed too much :)

Such a cool, understated boutique hotel, kind of off the beaten track but yet close to everything inn the Alfama. Had a beautiful root with an African theme overlooking the street. Very helpful staff with directions and recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Also had its own very quaint cafe for meals. Would return in a second.

Cute boutique hotel in a great location in Old Town Lisbon. Walk to everything easily. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Cute bar on site. Evening receptionist was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and even made a reservation for us. Also arranged a car to return us to the airport in the morning. Would definitely return!

An absolute hidden gem. The apartment was large and spacious. There were three separate balconies offering views out over the river. I only stayed for one night but could easily have spent a week. The location was wonderful right in the heart of the old town. The next time I’m in Lisbon, I’m definitely coming back here!

Loved this hotel. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Our room was beautiful and very clean. We had dinner in their restaurant the last night and it was absolutely the best food we had in Lisbon. We wish we had tried it 4 days earlier. Oops. It is also in a perfect location and we will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful time! Would absolutely stay again. Everyone was SO friendly and helpful, our room was very cool, and we wished we had stayed more nights there. Not sure if it’s because we booked the shuttle late, but I was under the impression service to the airport was free. Flagging that it was not.

From the moment I arrived by rideshare, Diego and his team were ready to help, he unloaded my luggage and stored it while I explored the city until check in. When I returned, my luggage was already in my room. My room, 3A, overlooked a vibrant street and was exactly as pictured, absolutely beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well despite some late night street noise, the windows provided good soundproofing. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of pastries and fruit. The air conditioning was nice and cold too! 5 stars to Diego and Dalma Old Town Suites! I will definitely stay again!
