I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with a walking group exodus. The location is in the vineyards and the location is close to the town but very difficult to find. The front desk staff mainly did not speak English and were very unhelpful. The room was a little old and had slick tiles on every wall, a toilet, a shower and no bath. I asked to move and was given a slightly better room with a bath, but the decor was very dark brown and dark green. It's very uncomfortable sharing with someone you don't know very well because only the toilet is separated from the room. The long corridor and ramps leading to the rooms are covered in stained grey plastic so it's more of a touristy place. The old building and the restaurant were ok.

For less than 100 per night, I believe it was very well worth it. The pool has no direct view of the dour river, but the river is close by. For lunch and dinner, we went to Mesa rio and regular, both 15 minutes by car, and we found very good restaurants. The pool is nice, and the service is good. It's not a star hotel, but a rural hotel, so the classification is different. The vineyards are lovely to stroll into and we took excellent photos of the dour river and valley.

We stayed in this amazing hotel for 2 nights. The location, room, and swimming pool are all excellent. But there are some things that just don't fit in a 5 person hotel staff only one member is clearly qualified to work here, his name is Joel. All the others were unfriendly or unqualified for his job. Restaurant, aside from the lack of a wide selection, the meals are expensive, wines are ok. The restaurant staff don't know how to present themselves and provide food, I wonder if they have ever been trained to work in a restaurant. Other things we claim and hope the management can improve the water temperature in the outside pool is too cold, there isn't enough sunshine, there are a few drinks in the bar, and the snooker room dirt. Resume we expected much more for this type of hotel It looks like a good 4 but with an amazing location in the middle of the wine yards.

The hotel has a lovely appearance, has an amazing view, and was built in an old mansion on top of the dour valley. Very nice rooms, fully equipped, a beautiful pool with a view, and a nice restaurant with a menu full of local dishes and a large wine menu. The locals were very nice.

I spent three nights here with my partner. We wanted to get away from the kids for a romantic vacation. We were happy with the location when we arrived. The motel is distinctive and mixes old with new, and the views are breathtaking. Although not a 5-star, the room was pleasant enough. We also enjoyed the supper, and the food was outstanding. The service at this hotel was the issue. The entire experience was ruined by a few unsavoury experiences. When we arrived, no one would accompany us to our room. There was mold in the bathtub and shower. I repeatedly said that my spouses birthday was during our visit, and there was nothing coordinated by the motel. We were informed that our room would have a welcome present, which turned out to be a water bottle and two oranges. We were greeted with suspicion when we requested more shower gel from the cleaning ladies, and they seemed to be lying when we claimed we didnt have any in our basket. The cleaning woman just abruptly instructed us to put on our face mask. That was our first really terrible encounter. Breakfast is served till 11 a. M. But when we arrived at 10 a. M., there was already a limited amount of food, and the empty cups were not replaced. You had the distinct impression that you were quite unwelcome if you remained until after 11 a. M. But
