This is a lovely hotel, modern, largely spotless, and packed with good employees. Every service served at the main restaurant has a huge variety of high-quality foods. I only mentioned the Asian speciality restaurant, which served a set meal and was exquisite. A very nice selection of liquor of recognized brands and is not watered down. Always great customer service. The swimming pool was good, and the sun lounger was exceptionally cozy. The sun loungers were good, and the floor where we were lying day after day was not cleaned for at least three days, and it was left very sticky. The lunch buffet restaurant by the pool, which we considered to be inoperable, is my main drawback. In my opinion, hot meals are only kept warm quick, there is no way it is stored in the safe zone of etc or above. There were several outlets in the room, as were numerous to channels if you just wanted to relax in the room, and we quickly got used to the beds. There are soft drinks in the chamber, dressing gowns, slippers, and a safe that is free to use.

It was satisfactory since we'd read a lot of excellent evaluations. There was a room that was generously sized and recently renovated, as well as a nice bathroom with a sizable separate shower. We often enjoy dining in the hotel, whether it is a traditional or unusual dish, and both fish and meat eaters enjoy taking advantage of the vegetarian options. wellkept and tidy. Even though I am aware that it would be quieter in the winter here, we had the table tennis and table football games room to ourselves. We did stroll into the funeral to see the lights, Christmas markets, and shopping, but as uphill back, we used the ample taxis for around 6 euros. The coast path just in front of the hotel is convenient. All the staff is very nice and helpful. Despite senior management's regular patrols, they didn't seem to engage except on one occasion with a customer having an issue, but even then, because they were the only other couple sitting there and next to them, they didn't ever respond to us. This is unusual for me in the UK. Otherwise, all good and happy to suggest it to others.

I highly recommend this hotel. Not one negative aspect of this hotel. The rooms are very clean and modern, the food is good, the staff are excellent. There were queues for restaurants but worth the wait, and the service and entertainment were very good. The staff comes around all day with drinks such as coffee and alcohol.

We had a wonderful time in general. The hotel is exceptionally modern, spotless, and staffed by fantastic employees who are constantly helpful, courteous, and a plus for the hotel. Although the bus stop outside the hotel is direct to the funeral center if you aren't so mobile, the location is excellent. The three pools have outstanding amenities. A small pool inside the spa, a covered semi-indoor pool in front of the spa, and an outdoor infinity pool. A sports bar is accessible by a few bars, especially for the World Cup. The main buffet had a lot of variety, but it was unfortunate that they were only available on certain days. Premium brands were also stocked in every bar, and the drink selection was excellent. We'll most certainly return soon, thanks to everyone at the hotel lido.

Even if the room size was quite small, one may see that the original bed was removed and some spare bed was added. Because of the difference in size, I was unable to reach the night light switch from the bed. We were food poisoned because of the terrible food quality. Restaurants were supposed to be open until 9. 30 but they both closed app. Rp. They took advantage of a smaller number of visitors and closed as soon as the major wave passed. The evening entertainment was of the lowest caliber. Even this hotel has no luggage room. They requested that we leave our luggage for 2 hours in a small, unclean room full of cases with vegetables leftovers with 2 doors that were not locked. This does not match the standard five-star hotels I've seen previously. The location is excellent, the view is great, but the normal room's view is dark and very little, which is the good thing about this hotel.
