This hotel was exceptionally well-located, conveniently situated near Barrio Alto and other must-visit attractions in Portugal. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were modern, meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again when I visit Lisbon next time.

Hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location! I believe it is fairly new or recently renovated. So many restaurants and shops right outside the front door. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is well appointed. Plenty of electrical outlets. Great lighting. Has espresso machine, hot water kettle, coffee and tea. Refrigerator with some stocked drinks and snacks. We were at the end of a 5 week trip so we were happy the room had enough space for our luggage. A decent sized closet. Beautiful bathroom with full door on shower. Heated towel rack so towels dried. Daily maid service. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Lisbon.

Absolutely, gorgeous hotel , very stylish and modern. convenient location to everywhere surround beautiful cafés and walkable to everything. Very comfortable king size bed with a crispy clean sheets. Little touches fresh fruits, and pastries in the lobby with the flavor water every day. definitely stay again when I’m visit beautiful Lisbon.!

Tive uma experiência excelente no Eurostars Baixa Lisboa durante minha estadia com meu pai. O hotel é muito bem localizado, confortável e extremamente bem cuidado, mas o grande destaque foi a qualidade do atendimento. Todos os funcionários foram sempre muito simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos, fazendo com que nos sentíssemos verdadeiramente bem-vindos durante toda a estadia. Gostaria de agradecer especialmente à Suzana, Rafael e Ana, que foram excepcionais, além de vários outros membros da equipe cujos nomes infelizmente não me recordo neste momento. Todos demonstraram profissionalismo, cordialidade e uma genuína preocupação com o bem-estar dos hóspedes. Outro ponto alto foi o café da manhã, que era simplesmente excelente: variado, saboroso e de ótima qualidade. Tudo muito especial. Viajei com meu pai, que tem dificuldades de mobilidade, e a acessibilidade do hotel fez toda a diferença. A estrutura é muito adequada para idosos e pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, proporcionando conforto e tranquilidade durante toda a estadia. Recomendo sem hesitar e certamente voltaria a me hospedar aqui.

Abbiamo preso una camera Deluxe all'ultimo piano con vista sulla città, composta da entrata, un salottino con macchina per caffè, frigobar, bollitore e relativi prodotti, da due bagni in marmo bianco di cui uno con doccia e bidet, da un antibagno sempre in marmo bianco con i lavabi e da una nicchia con sedile in ceramica e un ampio specchio a parete per il "trucco". Molti i gadget a disposizione per la toilette. La stanza matrimoniale, molto ampia è con un letto king size comodissimo, oltre a un divanetto, scrittoio e un ampio armadio con cassaforte e con ferro da stiro a vapore. Abbiamo fatto colazione sempre in albergo in quanto a buffet c'è una scelta varia di alimenti e di bevande e tutto è buonissimo e fresco. Il Personale di sala e lo staff sono molto disponibili, ma non parlano italiano. Nella hall sono sempre presenti per gli ospiti cioccolatini, pastel de nata e acqua fresca aromatizzata agli agrumi. Noi siamo stati molto bene. Consigliamo

Excellent hotel with true 4-stars amenities! The breakfast is superb with lots of options for every diet. It’s in a central location close to transportation, shops, and attractions. The staff were wonderful and attentive. The rooms are a good size, and larger than what other nearby hotels are offering. The bathroom is modern and you have an option to use the shower wand or overhead rain shower. I prefer the former as it’s easier to control :) It’s also an eco-friendly hotel with eco-conscious products and policies. I would love to stay there again whenever I’m in Lisbon.

This hotel is beautiful! I would definitely stay there again! Rooms are large and impeccably decorated. Everything is new and very clean. Location superb! Also has a towel warmer and a steamer in the room. We did not eat there however it did look like a nice breakfast. Staff was very polite and helpful. Always had water and snacks at the entrance.

What a fabulous hotel for exploring Lisbon! It is in the Baixa but is so accessible to almost everything you want to see. The common areas and rooms are beautifully designed and feature many nods to Lisbon landmarks. The breakfast is stellar, with lovely fruit and egg dishes to order. Even though this is a busy street, the rooms are quiet at night. The linens and beds are high quality and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will look for this brand in other European cities.
