The hotel is in a perfect location in the very center. The staff are absolutely fantastic, nice, helpful and friendly. World class!! We stayed in room 401 high up and it was quiet with a small balcony. The hotel is very charming with older interiors. It is close to restaurants. About 10 minutes walk from the metro station Trinade. Took only 30 minutes.

I loved the hot shower, comfortable bed, large towels. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Might be nice to offer alittle variation in the breakfast. Very much appreciated staff allowing us to check in alittle early since we had no sleep on plane. We checked out early so they could accommodate other travelers. First class hotel in nice location.

Really nice hotel with wonderful staff. I actually ended up with food poisoning after eating oysters at the Porto market and when I told the staff at the hotel that I'm not feeling well and that I am a solo travelling female, they noted it down at reception and checked up on me. Also gave me a big bottle of water to make sure I rehydrate. I cannot fault anything. Really lovely hotel, ideal location, wonderful staff and clean comfortable rooms.

Flot og velholdt hotel. Central beliggenhed i gå afstand til seværdigheder, butikker og metro. Værelset var pænt og rent, med en fin udsigt. Personalet var venligt og hjælpsomt.

The location is excellent, very central but quiet too with plenty of good dining choices within a few minutes walk - one right opposite. The breakfast has everything you need and very generous times, right up to 12 o'clock. The staff were all extremely welcoming. Our 'superior room' on the top/fourth floor had a great view and was perfectly clean with an excellent shower; the hotel generally has a nice feel of a century-old glamour. Obviously, would recommend.
