Schitterend hotel, ruime kamers en goede voorzieningen. De ligging is zeer goed en centraal gelegen. Een metrostation dichtbij en ook enkele bezienswaardigheden direct om de hoek, zoals de ruïnes van het Carmo klooster, het uitzichtpunt bij de Elevador da Santa Justa en - voor velen minder bekend - de Calcada do Duque, een straat bestaande uit trappen met tal van restaurants en barretjes eraan.

The best thing about the property is there convenience in the location. It is right in the mix. It's a very short walk to a main subway station that they called in Metro. It is the bailable chiado station which connects you to virtually everything in the city. All three Subway rails are accessible from there including the two End Of The Line stations blue and green which gets you to the above ground high speed rail to take you anywhere in Portugal.

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité du métro et de l'arrêt du tram 28 dans un quartier animé avec de belles boutiques. Chambre propre et calme (donnant sur une cour intérieure) Plateau avec bouilloire et thé dans la chambre. Dommage, il manquait des petites cuillères et des dosettes de café

Located in a busy part of the city, our room was great - big, clean, comfortable and recently renovated. Great amenities, especially the shower(!). The free breakfast was a welcome start to busy days walking around and exploring the city.

location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The rooms here are incredibly spacious and comfortable. I loved the breakfast, which offered a wonderful selection of delicious options to start the day. The location is highly convenient, making it easy to explore the city with a fantastic variety of great restaurants right at your doorstep. Highly recommended!

Amazing location in the heart of Chiado with lots of action right out the front door. Walkable to many sites, restaurants/cafes, and shops. Staff was very friendly & helpful with organizing transportation back to airport. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a place in the area!

We had a nice stay in Lisbon. The hotel was conveniently located in the city at a walkable distance from many sights. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Since we arrived early, we appreciated the Luggage storage until our room was ready for check-in.

We only stayed here one night, but we had SUCH a positive experience! We booked the cheapest room, but upon arrival we were upgraded to Room 509, which felt like a penthouse--4 beds, a second-floor sitting room, amazing balcony overlooking downtown! Obviously my review might be a bit biased due to that awesome experience, but I still think our overall take is accurate. The staff was so helpful and easily available, the location is prime, super easy access to everything, the rooms are clean, though ours needed a little minor maintenance, like the stair rails to our little loft, which were a little wobbly, but those "downsides" are so minimal relative to the value (even if we hadn't been upgraded). The breakfast situation is AWESOME--not only are you in that gorgeous dining hall, but the selection of fresh pastries, juices, and all the breakfast staples, plus a superautomatic espresso machine (which was AWESOME) and alternative milk options (not part of the superautomatic, but you can make a regular espresso and add some oat milk or whatever). Our room was quiet, but I do see how it might be noisy if you had a room that was lower/closer to the street, and to be fair, we were there on a Monday night and not in the peak season. But we had a great experience and I would absolutely stay there again if I wanted to be in that area of Lisbon!
