Great staff and good rooms. They are not big rooms but it is perfect if you plan on exploring during the day. The breakfast is good as well.

Very clean and spacious rooms for a family. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to the Castle, Rossio square, the city center. It was a great experience to walk around the Alfama area with it’s beautiful streets. Good breakfast and a very quiet and peaceful hotel. Will absolutely recommend this hotel.

We liked the breakfast and courtyard. It was next to lots of dining and historic sites. The staff was very helpful with storing luggage and ordering taxis.

The property sits in the Alfama district of Lisbon. The oldest and most historic district of the city. It is quaint with stunningly beautiful views of the city. We were told by a staff member the hotel was the first convent founded in the city, hence, the name Convento do Salvador. This hotel is in a very narrow and steep cobblestone street. Some taxis and Uber drivers do not go down to the hotel to pick up passengers and it is necessary to go up to one of the main thoroughfares to get the Uber. If you have difficulties walking and/or climbing, this, perhaps isn’t the place for you. However, we found it quaint with an inner courtyard, comfortable with a mi ima list and modern vibe, clean and with warm, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was wonderful. I would stay there again!

Very nice location within the Old District. Hotel is very modern and clean inside. Small but very efficient rooms. The breakfast buffet for $12 euros was an added bonus.
