I really thought about my experiences at the Carl hotel. I believe that individual experience depends greatly on how much you spent on your room and how you set your expectations accordingly. We paid about $215 per night for a room that was spacious but didn't have a sea view. Bar prices were expensive to us. And the Carl was definitely on schedule. After living mainly on land for several years, I decided to be as close as possible to the ocean, and the Carol could not get any closer. The pool area is simple but shows off the fantastic scenery, the pool is not big but has unheated seawater, which compliments the atlantic vibe. The terraces, bar, and restaurant have breathtaking views. The staff was consistently attentive and friendly, and the receptionist's recommendation to go to Grinch Beach was outstanding. Along the coast, there is a well-kept cycle path that makes getting there very simple. We rented hotel bikes, which could use some tac. Youd find more sockets, for instance, if you use them first, as there are other rental options. Our room was quite pleasant and immaculately clean. In terms of balance, I think it has been a while since the hotel was last renovated. Although it has been a while in the hospitality industry, some of the common areas may need a refreshment, which is no surprise given the recent years. Overall, at

The service at the pool was a bit slow but all said, we will be back. The lobby is beautiful and the room was fantastic with ocean views. The pool area was also nice.

All of the employees were very kind, friendly, and helpful. The facilities were comfortable, and the service was very good. I highly recommend this location to stay, enjoy the beauty of a design hotel and the small town friendly service to go with it. Thank you for such a great experience.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for two nights. Very friendly staff, the view as soon as you enter is truly breathtaking, right on the ocean pool area overlooking the ocean and looks very stylish. We had dinner at the mix restaurant, which again had the most breathtaking view, they also have a sushi restaurant with the same view, perfect stroll into town through the marina, full of nice looking restaurants cafes and bars, town is nice to walk day or night, I did have a massage they don't have a spa or proper massage room, there is a place around the pool where you can get it done, they bring in freelance girls to do this, but the massage was very good. I loved carcass and this hotel and would return anytime.

A lovely boutique hotel on the water. Great location to walk to the old town, train, and jump on a major runningwalking route that runs along the waterfront. Beautiful property, unique, well designed rooms, impeccable service, comfortable bed, pillows, and linens. The shower was excellent with good water pressure and the bathroom was large. Parking was convenient, with lots of spaces right on the property, and you could easily move around. This was fantastic because we were using it as a starting point to explore for five days.
