I would recommend this hotel. The pool on the roof was clean. The only downside is the location in the construction that is going on at this minute. I believe this area is up-and-coming.

Gute Lage, tolle Rooftop Bar und freundlicher Service. Das Zimmer war groß, das Badezimmer etwas veraltet aber ok. Gutes Frühstück mit schöner Aussicht. Dieses Hotel kann ich empfehlen.

I stayed here for a week and had nothing but great vibes and excellent customer service from all of the staff throughout the property! The only non-positive thing I have to say is this property does not have an iron or ironing board in each room, but that is normal when traveling throughout Europe. There is an iron you can share, but I was never able to get it. Luckily, there are multiple stores within walking distance that sell irons for as low as 15 Euros, so I just bought one. Security was posted at each entrance, including the parking garage, made me feel safe. The property was very clean and well maintained. There is a beautiful cocktail lounge downstairs near the lobby, a breakfast buffet on the second floor, a beautiful lunch and dinner restaurant named Veranda on the eighth floor, and an awesome lounge on the roof. Book a room with a balcony, like I did, on floors seven, eight, or nine. They have stunning views of Lisbon, and you get to eat at the breakfast buffet in Veranda every morning, instead of at the one on the second floor, which was crowded. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Lisbon. I can't wait to go back!

Hotel Is conveniently located near Airport and cruiseline. Staff is professional, warm and on the know. Rooms were exceptional, clean and had a welcome gift of Port and pastry. Views from the balcony was splendid. Wonderful hotel!!

Fine rom, bra renhold. Vi opplevde personalet på takterrassen som tidvis lite imøtekommende. Personalet i resepsjonen og på hotellet ellers var svært hyggelige og imøtekommende. Hyggelig med velkomstgave på rommet.

Great hotel with friendly and accessible staff. Very walkable to many areas and access to shopping and restaurants. Simple and quick walk to Rossio train station for a day trip to Sintra.

Just try it, you will be sold Staff very helpful helping us reserve transportation and making suggestions The rooftop bar is a great way to spend an evening! We had a cooked breakfast which was included with the room we rented and it was very good and the room has spectacular view on top of it We did a lot of walking to see sights but is close transportation if you prefer

The location of the hotel is wonderful. Very central, lots of pedestrian streets nearby to stroll, with lots of shops and restaurants. Grocery store next door. The hotel has a rooftop bar and restaurant. It is in front of the tram number 28 stop. The staff (porters, front desk staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping) are very helpful, and very kind. I would say that this is the best hotel I have been in where the staff do everything they can to make your stay perfect. Breakfast is in their restaurant on the 8th floor, with good views, and the selection offered is varied. Room was big for a European location, and very clean. Recommend this hotel highly, especially for location and kindness and helpfulness of staff. 15 out of 10!

We had a wonderful seven nights at the Hotel Mundial. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and helpful, always ready to assist us with any issues. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel's excellent location, close to major tourist attractions, made it easy for us to explore the city. We had a very pleasant time here!

We had taken a cab to the hotel from the cruiseport, so I can't comment on the parking. The staff at check-in spoke excellent English and provided a map and directions for a later meeting place. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The free internet worked great and there was a free coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel. In addition to the above comments, it is located in a great downtown location, convenient to metro stops and other public transportation options
