The breakfast buffet was fresh and had many options. Room was clean. The staff was really nice and attentive. Really enjoyed my stay.

We found the hotel amazing. Check-in was easy and the staff took time to explain everything to us. Our room was spotless. The room was cleaned everyday and what impressed me was the shower gel and conditioner was checked and topped up which rarely happens at other hotels. The main restaurant was also clean and well laid out. As soon as you enter and choose a table, a member of staff comes over to check if you want water, wine or both. Beer is also available. The meals are amazing. Thete is such a variety for everyone and for me, the quantity was excellent. The bar was well stocked and my wife tried every cocktail they offered. Tea and coffee is available all day as are soft drinks, beers, wines and spirits. The indoor pool is great and my wife and I had a massage which we really enjoyed. I loved it was on the sea front as we could go for walks after our evening meal. We didnt use the outside pool, but did use the pool bar, which was great. I genuinely would recommend this hotel to anyone. Taxi's into town were about €8 - €10, using Uber. We used the free shuttle bus into town and Uber back. We enjoyed it so much, we've decided to return next Easter. Thank you everyone at RIU Madeira for making our stay such a wonderful experience.

Beautiful hotel and grounds! Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food! A wonderful all inclusive experience. We had a beautiful room with an extra large balcony with partial view. Room was always cleaned daily and towels changed. We enjoyed the location, the ample parking and the grounds. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed the buffet, kulinarium restaurant and the evening shows. We are already planning our next trip there! Thank you for a beautiful holiday week Riu Madeira!

Beautiful resort and excellent place to chill. The environment was so relaxing, everyone was happy, families and elderly. Hotel staff were amazing and so respectful to everyone. They went above and beyond. Food was amazing, fresh fruits and veg available. All inclusive, absolute bargain. Highly recommend, would definitely come back again.

All meals were very good, food was replenished before it was needed so it was always fresh. There was always a good variety, and it seemed to have a good variety of vegan options (I am not vegan). Drinks were served in smallish glasses but they use quality alcohol. No waitstaff in at the pool or in the bar, but that may have been because of the time of year. Our room was clean and spacious with a very large balcony and a great shower and very comfortable beds. Rooms were cleaned early in the day. A couple days before arrival I received an email th check in. During the process you are asked the time of arrival. We were arriving at 8:30 am we got to the resort and our rooms were ready and waiting for us! They have a free shuttle to take you to Funchal 3 times a day. The hotel is beautiful, the pool area is huge and well maintained. Highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Room was good, ants on first night in bathroom & heating a little noisy, but clean and well kept by staff. Staff were very friendly overall, the upkeep and docor of the hotel was beautiful. All inclusive, was worth it. The food was wonderful. Th entertainment a good touch, one pool cold and barely used, but the other was good.. the indoor pool area could be cleaner. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Amazing views from my room. Breakfast, lunch & dinner options were varied & extremely tasty. The staff were extremely friendly & the hotel itself couldn’t have been located any better. A beautiful hotel in beautiful Madeira.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner warianty was amazing and lot's of fresh and local produce to choose from. Menu favorites included local seafood and items changed daily. Room was always nicely kept up and clean. We had nice view overlooking the ocean. All the stuff was always super attentive, welcoming and friendly ready to help with anything we needed. This was our first time staying at RIU hotel and I’m already planning my next vacation at one of their properties. Worth every penny.
