Amazing pool but did get a little crowded, it’s quite small. Beautiful views from the rooftop and amazing food and beverage service- a great spot to work until your room is ready or before you leave as well. Rooms are spacious - no tv (tvs can be important for local news etc) or mini fridge tho which was hard cus we had medication with us- they offered the front desk fridge but we just kept getting ice. Medication is a little too personal to just be leaving somewhere else. Other than that a great stay.

The hotel was fantastic. Never seen anything quite like it. No TV, but didn’t need it as the rooftop had drinks, pool, views, and a large screen to watch the World Cup. I would definitely recommend.

My husband and adult daughters throughly enjoyed our stay at Jam Hotel Lisbon. The decor is funky and ecologically-inspired. We loved hanging out at the rooftop bar and pool. Note that body lotion is not offered, so bring your own!

The internal design is special. The staff was always helpful. There is no tv, microwave, coffee machine, or.mini fridge inside the room; there are some for community use. The shuttle to the airport is very expensive, you can use Uber or bolt instead. The location was also nice, we mostly used bolt since we are a family of four. There is a great gelato place and Copenhagen Coffee Lab within walking distance.

Honestly, this will be the only hotel I stay at in Lisbon. They were so lovely. Room was comfy. The roof was so charming. They have so many spaces to work and just unwind. And you're a short walk into santos.

Nice property with trendy concrete industrial decor. Hard to describe but it was nice. Stayed in one of the family rooms for 4 with bunk beds. The hotel isn’t in a neighborhood with lots to do and see but it is just a short walk to Santos train station that is a stop on the rail line to Cascais and a stops for a multitude of easy public transit options that take you where you need to go including tram lines that go to Belem and Praca do Comercio. It’s not an unreasonable walk to Cais de Sodre or Praca do Comercio if you wanted. The hotel itself had a nice rooftop bar looking out over the estuary and a small pool next to that. We were able to take the hotel pool towels for a beach day in Cascais so that was nice.

Wir, 2 Erwachsene, Grossmutter, Mutter und 2 Enkel (7 und 9 Jahre), waren 3 Nächte im JAM. Ein Highlight, vorallem für die Kinder, ist der spezielle Look der Zimmer - eine erste kleine Entdeckungsreise. Zimmer und Dusche sind sehr sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der kleine Pool auf dem Rooftop, inkl. Bar, gab uns allen nach dem Sightseeing eine angenehme Abkühlung mit Drinks, mit oder ohne Alkohol. Badetücher bekommt man gegen Abgabe einer Holzkarte, die man, für jede Person, beim Check-in bekommt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und wird laufend aufgefüllt. Vieles ist in Gehnähe oder mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Die Lage ist ideal für einen Städtetrip, auch mit Kindern. Wir können das JAM nur empfehlen.

Clean room. Nice coffee station by the lifts on each floor. Tap water tasted fine. Bed extremely comfy for me and everything was spotless. Room smelt a tiny bit of cork which is actually exactly what I want when I come to Portugal!

Our room was nice and clean and very comfortable. I loved the decor. I like the color and the artsy vibe in both the room and the lobby. The staff were nice and helpful and always with a smile. One morning, we had to leave early at 7am before a day tour and so breakfast wasn’t open yet. Even the bakery nearby wasn’t open until 7:30! I went down to the lobby to get milk for my coffee and upon hearing of my lack of breakfast, the front desk gave me a slice of carrot almond cake. The cake was moist and delicious! We were so appreciative of the staff’s kindness to offer us something to eat for breakfast. They also were very helpful to give us tips and information on places to visit and how to get there.

Great stay at JAM Hotel in Lisbon! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always happy to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a really pleasant experience overall. A solid choice if you’re visiting Lisbon—I’d definitely consider staying here again!

Não tenho palavras, a estadia foi espetacular. A experiência é única, o hotel é estiloso em cada detalhe da decoração, absolutamente tudo de alta qualidade e visualmente diferenciado. Confortável, uma piscina deliciosa no rooftop e um pequeno-almoço delicioso e diversificado. Recomendo muito!
