The main outdoor pool is challenging to use because the bottom is very dark and the drop off from the shallow end to the deep end is invisible. The bar service for the indoor pool does not make sense because no one was using the indoor pool and every chair outside was filled. Our room was very big but tired. Doorways for the shower and toilets were difficult to open as they got stuck on the floor. The small outdoor tubpool couldn't fill up more than an inch.

On the inside of the Land Hotel, there are good amenities such as a spa area and a heated indoor pool. We stayed at this hotel during the morning as the resort gets muddy. But the food in the restaurant is very mediocre but at a michelin star standard. It is marketed as a vineyard hotel but it was impossible to sample any of the home-made wines. The rooms exhibit significant wear and tear, the bathroom tabs leak, and the doors to the toilet and shower don't close anymore as the hinges. The staff gladly sent us to a building site for our morning run and we ended up covered in mud all over.

I'll return for sure and try more. Lovely hidden winery with a great restaurant. I stopped there a few times to charge my tesla. The food menu is very good and the atmosphere is very relaxing and warm.

The main problem with this hotel is the lack of professional staff and extremely poor service, which is also what makes it everything but the luxury hotel it tries to be. The architecture and design of the buildings, as well as the interior, are absolutely stunning. The public spaces and rooms are beautiful and comfortable. We had a room for four adults with two bedrooms and a large living room area with a large terrace and a fireplace. The restaurant was great and the service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious but service was quite inconsistent, which again indicates that the staff was certainly doing their best but it was lacked consistency. However, any other service, the pool, towels, sun loungers and room service were terrible. It was clear that the staff was doing their part and had their own particular tasks, and no one oversaw the big picture, so it just felt unprofessional. It took an hour and a half to get room service to bring dinner and two hours to turn on the fireplace, among other things. A note to management train your staff to meet international hospitality standards and make sure everything runs smoothly rather than just relying on a beautiful facade. Here you essentially pay for the lovely architecture and design, don't anticipate this hotel to meet international luxury hotel standards. Unfortunately, most mirage hotels are more professional than this one.
