Our reception works 24 hours, so whenever the guest arrives should go to the 2nd floor where the reception is located, and ring the bell and someone will come for the check-in. All the reservations checking in after 2 A.M., should let us know and ask for a special request.
In accordance with local regulations, a tourism tax of €4 per person, per night is not included in the room rate and must be paid directly at check-in, if possible by cash.
The property is located in a traditional Portuguese building and does not feature an elevator. However, our staff will be happy to assist with luggage if needed.Underground Metro Station Elevator is located just in front of the building.
