We stayed at this hotel in October 2022. We had a room. The good is that the room was clean and spacious, there is a mini fridge and a safe in the room. There are usb ports available in the room comfy bed nice terrace with a table and two chairs to relax with a nice view of the marina. Mini kitchen with microwave, dishes, etc. Nice pool. Great place to walk on the beach or boardwalk. There are many choices at the breakfast buffet and the food is good. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good. The bad checking was confusing because they booked two separate rooms in our name and no room for a friend who was there with us. It took a while to fix that, the staff were not very friendly. The shower had no impression at all. On the first day I asked the maid for a couple extra towels and she was very rude and refused, saying that I don't need more towels! I had to start leaving to go to the front desk to complain, and when she was grumbling, she finally gave us two more towels. Wifi is not reliable at all. Service is undependable either freeze, mosaic and service is out for a whole day. Most of the shower near the pool do not work.

The hotel is excellent, but it needs some updating. The entrance is satisfactory, and the beds are pleasant. The personnel is excellent. This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the beach, and offers spectacular views. The restaurant's cuisine is excellent. Breakfast is excellent. Eat the fruit! It's so fresh. While you're waiting, make an omelet. Get the best service by asking for ana or manuel.

I stayed for 10 nights in October. I had a nice one-bedroom apartment with a roof terrace overlooking the beach. The apartment was spotless and had the most comfy bed I'd ever had in a hotel with top-notch bedding. There are some lovely bars and restaurants on the beachfront where we typically eat. We took a taxi into 8 which was well worth a visit. Loved that the hotel was spread across the marina and harbor and enjoyed walking to what was a lovely walk. Every morning breakfast. All the staff were lovely and helpful, and I'll be back hopefully soon!.

We just got back from a night vacation at the tivo marina hotel in Porto Portuguese. This hotel is great in every way. It overlooks the marina and is a pleasure to wake up to in the morning, the cuisine is delicious and the staff is so friendly and professional, we can't fault this hotel at all and will definitely come back.

The main building's rooms are on each side of the pool. The bayside bedroom we had was in a different building, so I think it was called the marina beach wing. Our bedroom had a panoramic view of the marina and was tidy and bright. The rooms face east and at sunrise our balcony was flooded with light. It's a short walk to the main complex and on reflection we preferred to be overlooking the marina. We had a pleasant stay with all the personnel, who were helpful and efficient during our stay. The receptionist is modern and trendy. We arrived very early and had the room available which was an unexpected bonus. Because it was simple, it was easy to change and then leave our luggage in a secure room in a room next to the reception. The hotel sounds are made up by a large pool, lots of sun loungers, a lovely outside pool bar and grill serving meals and drinks. Pizza is highly recommended during the day.
