Everything else was fantastic. Good location near the Sao Sebastian metro station that provides quick access to all the major areas of the city. Large shopping center and restaurants nearby. Very nice cozy bar and lounge area with tap beer. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean, with a mini fridge and a safe. WiFi is fantastic and very fast. The bathroom was spotless and the shower had good water pressure and hot water. Breakfast is good. Blackout curtains in the room. Just a few annoying tiny things that prevented a 5 for me. The complete lack of accessible charging stations. The only one available was just above the floor and right inside the door. Another unusual one was the lack of a soap dish in the shower. No soap or shampoo in the shower, only individually wrapped ones on the sink, which is great, but there is nowhere in the shower to put the soap. The bed was 2 singles put together for a double queen, which is common, but they were individually made as 2 separate beds, which I have never seen before. There are only two singles in the bathtub, which is a common feature, but they were individually made as two separate beds, which are I have never seen before.

Very good location in Lisbon, near the subway, restaurants, and shopping. Very friendly staff and nice bar, beds are comfy and breakfast food is delicious. The room was clean and tidy with easy access to wifi. Not recommend for a good place to stay

We had never stayed at this hotel before, and we weren't too disappointed. Aara, Ana, or Vera greeted us at the front desk. They always took the time to explain different options, recommended restaurants, places to visit, phoned for us to inquire about prices, and always smiled. We greeted claudio, manor, and marcia at the buffetrestaurant. It was wonderful to start the day with smiles and friendly service. Every employee works hard to ensure that everything is right. We always went to the bar after discovering Lisbon. Marcia was the first one to help us. Yes, she worked at the buffet and bar. Shes one of the reasons we enjoyed this hotel so much. She was always smiling and so welcoming. On my birthday, she made sure that the young man at the buffet door wished me a parade. Ill recall that. The fun at this motel began with marcia and continued with bruno. Although Bruno speaks a lot of languages, the bar can become a funny location to be when brazilians, irish, canadians, and spanish people sit at his bar. It is in a little north of the business. There are a ton of excellent restaurants nearby. We would often be the only visitors in the area. We stayed at the olissippo for seven nights. Through

The staff was kind and helpful, the bar was nice and roomy, and the breakfasts were delicious. A great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and easy access to buses and metro.

The hotel is truly excellent. Everyone at the front desk, serving, and bar was outstanding and professional, including the bar, receptionist, serving, and front desk. They moved all of our luggage over while we were out and it was no problem for us to shift it ourselves. The fact that that must have been a little challenging had to have it all assembled because we anticipated wed have to move it ourselves. Staff maintain a good breakfast selection and always have a good selection for evening meals. We visited twice and had buffet choices because numerous large tour groups were also on duty while we were there, so a 3-course buffet dinner is quite reasonable at less than 20 rp. Drinks are not included as a precautionary measure of others but are reasonably priced. Every day when out, fresh towels and a bed were made. A room with a lot of storage, too. The only complaint is that the glass in the shower part of the bath did not completely stop water from contacting the floor, so we had to put it up with batman and an extra hand towel as it was very flooded and slippery on the tiles in both. If in Lisbon, 1010 would return and would suggest it. We had no trouble getting into transportation links, both the 742 bus and the Azul metro line we utilized several times both have stops within 5 minutes of the hotel.
