It probably would be reasonable to give it a score of 2. Five stars. My room had no fridge and the unit had an empty hole where it should have been. A few of the lighting in the room didn't work, and the bath surface was flaking off, and the safe didn't work. Overall, it felt a little worn out and in need of a quick fix, but the beds were warm and spotless. The available staff were friendly and helpful, despite their apparent absence. Breakfast supper is served buffet-style, no special, with a sizable selection and quantities.

While in Porto, we stayed here as a group. To be appropriate for exploring the city, it's a little far from it. The hotel is adequate. There isn't anything special about it. The rooms are cozy, though a touch dark for my taste, and the staff is courteous and helpful. A bath with a robe is well-equipped. The food was, in general, decent and plentiful. While we didn't utilize the spa, we were told that it was excellent. The pool does require costs, but this is because it is a spa pool rather than an ordinary pool. I believe the hotel could have been better with more consideration for details, such as the safes wouldn't function, the very weak orange juice at breakfast, etc.

I'm very disappointed with this hotel because the food menu is not much different from the one on the menu, and the hotel is not in a good location. The surrounding area is not appealing, and the pool and jacuzzi are good. I went on a tour of the Saga so I don't have to stay there.

Great service with friendly attitude from the employees. This place has a wonderful location surrounded by trees. We were able to breathe fresh air and relax. The kids have a great time in the swimming pool. The restaurant and breakfast were delicious with a wide variety of Portuguese dishes.

The room was more than large enough and had a comfortable bed. The room was clean. Despite this, the building's maintenance was subpar. Aircorn spilled water onto the bedroom floor. The shower mixer's tap was not fixed to the wall. When the shower was used, the shower head wouldn't stay put, and the bath plug wasn't sealing. I pointed this out to reception, but nothing was done. After the first night, the air conditioner quit altogether, making it uncomfy at night. This was also overlooked. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of food, including fresh fruit, bread, and other snacks. The pool is excellent, but it's odd that you had to pay extra for your hotel stay at 12.50 for an hour. It would not have been difficult to improve our experience.

Séjour excellent, très propre, choix pour le petit déjeuner. Personnel très serviable et très aimable. Hotel d’un certain âge vieillot qui a besoin d’être restauré. (J’ai perdu le bouchon de mon dentifrice qui est tombé dans la bonde dû bidet que j’ai dû jeter, car il n’y avait pas de cache bonde.)

Me gustó la habitación, muy amplia y cómoda. No me gustó la limpieza del baño, no estaba la bañera totalmente limpia y el desayuno no cuenta con zumo de naranja natural.

El spa no funcionaba la sauna y varios chorros en la piscina. La bañera de la habitación estaba sin esmalte en ciertas partes. La taza del baño estaba rajada Poca luz tanto habitación y baño.

Hotel was a good location for a wedding venue we were attending, although not much around the area. The breakfast was not very nice, and there were no snacks or food available for people arriving late in the evening. The beds were very comfortable, however there were stains in the bathrooms and communal areas were quite shabby. When walking down some stairs to the pool, they were crumbling beneath my parents feet. It is extremely expensive to get into Porto unless you want to take a 2.5 hour bus.

Hotel é simpático, os quartos bons e os funcionários prestáveis. A limpeza nos quartos pode melhorar (algum pó…). Sendo um hotel termal, a gestão do balneário não faz sentido e o acesso caro: por cada noite de estadia é possível comprar um voucher de 45m (pelo custo de 10 euros) que apenas dá acesso à piscina dinâmica (sauna e banho turco por mais um extra de 5 euros!). Se quiser fazer a piscina dinâmica duas vezes no próprio dia, ou na manhã do check-out, terá de pagar mais 15 euros diretamente no balneário. Resumindo: ponderando ficar mais uma noite, vim embora.
