No início houve um overbooking e o proprietário disse-me que não tinha quarto após a reserva, mas com sorte um casal desistiu e eu fiquei num beliche. A foto engana um pouco pois parecem ser quartos com 4 camas, mas no entanto fiquei num dormitório de 8 camas, mas éramos só 3! Gostei da decoração, muito limpo, muito perto do parque das nações e da altice arena, portanto espectacular para quem vai a um concerto! Pena não ter ar condicionado, pois estava muito calor. O pessoal do hostel é muito simpático !!

O dono do hostel me disse que Expedia não repassa o valor para hostel em Portugal e tuve que pagar 15 euros. Achei um absurdo pois já tinha pago no crédito. Me senti lesado

Dieses Hostel wirkt ist mehr als provisorisch. Billig eingezogene Zwischenwände, laut und beengt. Weder passten Beschreibung, noch die in der Anzeige gezeigten Bilder zur Einrichtung und Ausstattung unseres Zimmers. Bei Ankunft stand das von uns gebuchte Zimmer schlichtweg nicht zur Verfügung. Wir mussten mit Kleinkind in Etagenbetten in einem viel zu kleinen Zimmer übernachten. Gebucht hatten wir ein großes Familienzimmer, anderenfalls wäre das Hostel für uns nicht in Frage gekommen. Unser Kinderwagen passte nicht einmal durch den kleinen Abstand zwischen Bett und Wand. Weiterhin ist das Hostel nur mit erneutem Anruf bei Ankunft auffindbar, da es nach außen zur Straße nicht durch Schilder oder zumindest ein Klingelschild gekennzeichnet ist. Und zuletzt wurde uns der bereits via Expedia geleistete Betrag erneut vom Hostelbetreiber in Rechnung gestellt. Absolut keine Empfehlung!

Innanzi tutto non è un hostel ma una casa in cui affittano camere. Il check-in ce lo ha fatto un ospite della casa tramite telefono. Le condizioni generali sono pari ad uno stato d’usura non curato dove comunque non “vive” una pulizia decente. La camera è senza armadi interni se non dei scaffali sotto la tv (che abbiamo provato a far funzionare ma non ci siamo riusciti). I servizi ignenici (solo 2 per 11 ospiti e 1 membro staff) sono pochi e molto sporchi. Frigorifero stracolmo di cibi senza spazio per i nuovi arrivi. In più, una stanza a parte vive un famiglia (forse dell’host) composta da 5 persone compresi bambini. Fatto sta che non è una condizione da poter identificare come alloggio da 60€ a notte. Posizione comoda e tranquilla a ridosso della zona nuova della Marina con casino e acquario vicinissimi, per chi ne fosse interessato. Ma pare che Lisbona sia un luogo dove poter trovare un alloggio vero si possibilità di pochi (prezzi fuori dalla normalità e correttezza).

Fiquei desiludida porque não tinha parque privativo nem piscina como informavam no preço. A nível de higiene dos espaços em comum como casas de banho,duches, cozinhas, sala de pequeno almoço estava muito sujo. Os quarto escapavam mas fiquei muito desiludida com o hostel pantanal

Terrible place - Not possible to find. Searched for more than 20 minutes together with our uber driver, asked neighbors, rang up random doorbells. Couldn't find the place. No sign or anything about the place on the building. Address that was sent to me by Expedia didnt even contain the flat number. No instructions how to find the place were sent. No phone number was given. Found the place on facebook though. Tried to call the phone number - several times, nobody answered. Had to book a different hotel in the end. They also refused to refund the money, as expedia told me. I cannot recommend this place.

Nothing was as was represented in the booking. There was no private room with a private bath. I paid extra for the six bunks to make it private room. That was not even possible. I was extremely uncomfortable as I was offer a bed in a double room with a man in the other bed, I had to find another place to stay. I was very disappointed! Also it was difficult to find the place. It looks like a warehouse in front.

This hostel was horrible. When we arrived we had to pay the full amount for our stay, even though we had already paid in full via this website. He said that there is a new law in Portugal as of January this year which does not allow them to collect money from Hotels.com. The owner did not mention any of this prior to our arrival at the hostel. This was the 23.09.2018, we still haven't received our refund. The place is nothing like the pictures. It said that the four bed room has is own bathroom, that is not true. The sink was clogged, the bathroom was dirty and none of the locks work. I got locked in the bathroom because the lock was faulty, I fiddled with it for 10 minutes before I got out. We booked a 6 night stay, but we booked another hotel after the first night as it just was not a suitable place to stay.

Très déçue. La chambre est très petite et ne correspond pas du tout à la description sur le site. Pas de piscine comme indiqué sur le site et la personne est désagréable. Elle a nié tout ce qui a été mentionné dans la réservation : piscine, salle de bain privative grande chambre; et elle a accusé le site de mensonge sur son annonce et qu'elle n'était pas au courant ! d'autres hôtes ayant réservé sur d'autre site 'Expedia' ont été déçus pour les mêmes raisons.

tout ce qui j'ai vu sur la descreption de l'hostel rien avoir avec la réalité la maison se trouve a presque 3 km de l'adresse indique j'ai reserve un lit dans la chambre de 5 lits il m'as donne 1lit sous le toit mansarde avec 12 lits loin de centre .j'ai paye la caution a mon arrive qui n'étais pas indique je ne l'ai pas encore reçu

Fiz reserva e paguei com cartao de cré dito no site do expédia. Pra minha surpresa, no checkin me foi cobrado novamente o valor em Euros pelo dono do Hostel. Que informou que esse seria um procedimento normal e que emitiria um recibo para que eu solicitasse reembolso no site. Acontece que no check out, dia 14/08/2018n o mesmo nao estava e ficamos sem recibo. Ao contactá-lo pelo email e whatsaap ele disse que enviaria e nao enviou. Hoje ja são 19/08/2014 e ele ainda nao enviou o recibo e nao consigo pedir reembolso.
