This is a pleasant hotel, with a strategic location, a large and cozy room, and a modern bathroom. But the lift here was pathetic and had us relegated to the stairs during busy hours. After that, the selection for breakfast was terrible, presented in a chaotic space with a crowded room.

The check-in process was perfect for a variety of reasons. One of them being the fact that we were able to check in early at night and were upgraded to the beautiful junior suite for my partner's birthday, which was free of charge, as requested in the booking! The staff is excellent! They are extremely friendly and hospitable. Our room was stunning, with a very large and extremely comfortable bed, a balcony, a kitchenette, and a living room. It was immaculate, practical, opulent, and faultless. After a busy day of tourism, our room was cleaned, leaving us with a tidy space. The check-out process was just as great as it was quick, and they kept our suitcases for free while we spent the last few hours in the city before our flight. Thanks to everyone of the fantastic staff at Estan Vintage lisbon for a wonderful and unforgettable stay.

I have a nice experience while staying here. This is a hotel that is located in the middle of Lisbon but in a very convenient location. The staff here helped us with our luggage and transportation. We also get some hot dishes, mushrooms, and cold dishes included. Besides that, the room is so quiet and quiet, with a quiet atmosphere and no noise from outside.

This hotel is very good. In the lobby, we will have a relaxing time and can watch the view of Lisbon from the top floor. The staff are friendly and helpful. I had a smelly room on day 2 and was immediately moved to another room. I didn't like this hotel at all and it took 20 minutes to check in, and the elevator was so slow that I was waited for 10 minutes one time. The cafe next door that serves breakfast is too small to accommodate such a large crowd.
