Très bel endroit, typique du vieux Sintra, tranquille, entouré d’arbres, magnifique vue. Chambre très spacieuse, lit confortable, terrasse privée géniale. Tout ce qu’il faut dans la salle de bain. Air climatisé qui fonctionne bien et silencieusement, même si nous n’en avons pas eu beaucoup besoin (mars). Cafetière, frigo micro-ondes, grille-pain disponibles pour les quelques chambres de l’étage: très pratique. A moins de 5 minutes des restos et boutiques, à moins de 30 minutes (à pieds) de la Quinta Regaleira. Communication efficace et cordiale avec la « réception » par WhatsApp. Réponses rapides à nos demandes. Personnel d’entretien avenant.

The room is very nice and quiet. Located walking distance to everything. They provide adequate amenities and checin is very easy just make sure you checkin online and they provide you with a lock box and code with perfect directions. If i ever go back to Sintra i will stay there again.

The apartment was really nice. A lovely bedroom area with en suite and really nice conservatory with dining table and chairs. Unfortunately we did not expect the 'shared kitchen' to be right outside our door and consist of a fridge, microwave, toaster etc at the end of the corridor right outside our door. There is plenty of room in the conservatory room to have a small kitchen area. Also there is a dreadful drain smell coming from the bathroom. We managed to alleviate it enough to live with it by leaving the sink plug in and blocking the overflow. We couldnt access Netflix or YouTube on the T.V.

Room was bright, clean and well put together, but property the lacked a common indoor area, so we were cooked up in our room as it was drizzling throughout our stay. Property is located in a historical zone with vehicle restrictions meant short walk up hill on partial dirt road dragging our luggage to unrestricted area. Check in was via WhatsApp instructions. Our Uber took us to the other location (operated under the same name). We called for assistance and the attendant Tania or Tina was rather condescending because we went to the wrong location, she however turned out to be quite helpful during our stay. All in all it was a good stay.

The location was great. A bit noisy at night time so bring your ear plugs. The internet did not work for us while we were there. The host was excellent and kept in touch for the duration of our stay, ensuring that we were comforted and that any issues could be directed to them

Atendimento rápido. Como não havia hóspedes antes, conseguiram adiantar o check-in. O hotel é muito bem localizado. Quarto relativamente espaçoso com armários e um aquecedor portátil no quarto. Cama confortável, mas o lençol estava manchado. Ducha boa, mas o ralo demorava para escoar a água. O cheiro no corredor é muito forte e dava enjoo (não sei se é produto de limpeza e poderiam trocar). Poderiam ter informado com antecedência que haveria um valor extra de taxa turística (não estava embutida no valor do site).

chambre correcte mais logement difficile à trouvé récupération des clés un peu compliqué est cerise sur le gâteaux salle de bain commune alors là je n'ai pas aimé. plus le stationnement très compliqué dans le village.

Manque de support pour les vêtements dans la chambre. Le manque de respect des autres collocataires est un peu embêtant. (Salle de bain non ramassé, le four non nettoyé après utilisation ) Sinon pour le reste c'était super ! L'emplacement est parfaite pour les personnes qui aiment la marche en montagne. Merci!

We booked thinking that we were staying at the pictured property but found a completely different property upon arrival. There was disappointment when we learned that we didn’t have a personal kitchenette and a rather small and very awkward bathroom space. It was however clean and well decorated as well as ideally situated to the main part of the town.

El apartamento es un espacio compartido. Tiene un baño muy pequeño para 6 personas. No conocíamos a las personas de las otras habitaciones. El espacio es ruidoso y solo se puede dormir después de que todos se hayan acostado.

Main concern is the horrible smell from the bathroom, it is non sanitary. Also, uber cannot come to the property so you have to drag luggage across the old narrow cobble stone streets. The place is great but the owners are not in the property and all goes trough WhatsApp, they should come as smell the place.
