Easy check in for me, other guests who arrived later in the evening had trouble finding it: signage is confusing. The room is sufficient, well located, and clean. The bed is a little small and old box-spring mattress not the most comfortable. The balcony is a really nice feature, with a small table for two that's perfect for enjoying a drink in the late afternoon or evening. Service was very friendly and checking in was fast and easy.

The place is close to the metro that goes everywhere in the city. There is a supermarket nearby, cafes and everything a tourist needs. The staff members are very nice. The room is in good condition. The balcony is very important for those who smoke.

Ótima localização, foca perto do metrô e possui mercados próximos! Lugar calmo e silencioso, anfitrião bem solicito, consegui fazer o check in antes do horário.

Reasonably priced, Quite basic but served the purpose if you are the type who spends more time on the go than in your room. Good location for getting around (near Metro line).

Impossível a encontrar. Tudo cheio.

We stayed just for the night and was ok , the beds were clean and the receptionist ( a Brazilian guy ) was so friendly . Good option if you have a long layover in Lisbon , it’s quite close to the airport .

It was all good apart from the shower missing a door to close it, so most of the water was in the bathroom.

Bem localizado. Próximo do aeroporto e do centro de lisboa. Quartos limpos, porém o prédio mal conservado.

The internet was fine. Elevator wasn't working first couple of days. Front door broken the whole time AND very difficult to open. No replacement toilet paper. Very hard to get hot water. Shower broken. Dirty ash tray left on balcony. It was really a rather scruffy place but the location was fantastic and the staff were very nice and helpful
