Despite the restaurants problems, our rating would have been higher. The hotel itself is lovely. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the king-size suite. A separate bedroom, two balconies, a nice, spacious bathroom, and a powerful air conditioner. The wifi was quite terrible and frequently disconnected. Nice view of the church and the valley across the street. The area is very quiet starting at dusk. But be aware that on Sunday evening, it seems that a large number of people come to that church for mass. Traffic became an issue. At least on our Sunday. We enjoyed the convenience variety at breakfast. But dinner at the restaurant was very problematic. We made a reservation because we were told we needed a reservation. When we arrived on time, the door was still closed. When we got in, the two floor employees appeared to be setting up for the evening. Three groups were inside, two of us, two men from the uk, and a party of 17! Clearly from a tour group. To our dismay, the floor staff began to focus on this large party. When we received attention, the server was surly and hardly interested in answering menu questions. And when the food arrived, not once but twice, the incorrect meal arrived. Rather than wait for the correct entree to be made, I ate what was served, a veal dish like

After a day of visiting stunning Pendageres, we stayed one night. Our rps traveled us along two distinct dirt roads as the road to Rio Aldo, one of which was more rough than the other, coming from the lindo region. Fortunately, we had a real map and recognized the best route on paved roads. This is one thing to think about prior to your visit. At the time we arrived, there were no dining options close to the hotel. The hotel restaurant was open, but a touch too formal for our taste. In the lounge area, a simple, lighter meal would have been a great option. A family of five could eat the fish meal we ordered for two people. After we had ordered two salads and a bread basket, it would have been courteous to have noted the size of the meal. The meal was excellent, but half was presumably discarded. The hotel is exceptionally distinctive and the surroundings are stunning. We had a sizable room with a balcony and a separate seating area. This would be ideal for a extended or family vacation. Everything was tidy and cozy. Breakfast in a sombre cafeteria setting was terriblely ordinary, nothing remarkable. Parking is convenient, and the cathedral and outdoor activities are both close by. Although the dining experiences take away a few points, this hotel provides excellent value and has a great

Sao bento da porta alert is a lovely hotel with a roomy room and all necessary amenities, our dinner there was also excellent. Our room overlooked the church, sadly, there was a torrential rain while we were there.

I cannot recommend this hotel. The location of this hotel is good, it is directly across from the Sao bento church and shrine. There are rooms that have views of the valley past the church. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful, the condition is good. We really enjoy our stay here.

We stayed at the hotel last Wednesday. It is in a very nice area and a small city that the important thing is that it is the gate to the south of Pandagen National Park. The rooms are beautiful clean, large, comfortable bed, and very good showers. The only thing that disappointed us was the breakfast. It was the most disappointing breakfast during our journey to this beautiful country.
