Important Information – House Rules & Policies:
By confirming your reservation, you automatically agree to all the rules and policies listed below.
Guests and Access:
* Only registered guests (those who have provided passport information) are allowed on the property.
* No outside visitors or unregistered guests are permitted under any circumstances.
Events and Noise:
* Parties and events are strictly prohibited at all times.
* Please keep noise to a minimum, including during the day, to avoid disturbing neighbors.
Pets:
* Pets are not allowed in the property.
Cleanliness and Check-Out:
* Guests are expected to leave the property tidy. While professional cleaning is not required, the space must be left in good condition.
* All garbage must be removed upon check-out.
* Check-out time is strictly by 10:00 AM.
Arrival Time:
* All guests must inform us in advance of their expected arrival time.
* Please note that arrivals after 9:00 PM may incur an additional fee.
* We strongly recommend communicating your estimated arrival in advance so we can welcome you in the best possible way.
Security Deposit:
* A refundable security deposit of €300 is required for all reservations.
* The deposit must be paid via instant bank transfer or Revolut before check-in.
* The amount will be refunded via the same payment method within 7 days after check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the property.
* Payment instructions will be sent to your email a few days before check-in.
