I stayed at this hotel and this hotel was amazing. This hotel's staff spoke English very well and was helpful. The room was tidy and comfortable, and I had an amazing view. They also provided a wide range for breakfast, which is included in the price.

Very nice place and good place to relax when in Portugal. Staff is good but some of the staff is not good in English. But I can recommend it to anyone looking for a good place for a short time.

The hotel is located in the middle of the tourist zone of the city, in front of the beach. The hotel staff are very kind and always willing to help. Great value for money. The room is very spacious, comfortable and clean.

The location is close to the beach with lots of restaurants, and the reception is friendly and helpful. The condition of the room was good. I stayed here for 8 nights. Breakfast was also good.

We booked for a long Valentine's weekend only to arrive and be told after check-in on Friday that the restaurant was closed with no room service or bar until Monday. Breakfast was still available but was good aside from hot food was not very hot and on cold plates. The reason for the closed facilities was lack of customers. We complained that we should have been told this when booking and were about to move to mercury next door full open with very helpful receptionist who was astounded at what Sweet Atlantic had done when Sweet Atlantic offered a discount to stay. We decided to do so because the suite was good, in excellent condition with a kitchenette, mini bar and 2 balconies but no table or chairs on them. However, not very comfortable sofa. Also there are great bars and restaurants nearby and housekeeping was very good. For the reduced rate, the hotel was good value, although I would have preferred the facilities to be open and pay full rate.
