**★★★★★ A truly wonderful stay!** We loved every moment , Right in the heart of the city, it was an easy walk to all the major attractions. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. Special thanks to João, Lana, Penelope, Natalia, Madalena, Marcus, Telma, and Mariana — from the front office to housekeeping, every one of them was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly at home. We're already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

This hotel is beautiful! We loved everything. The people, the room, the breakfast every day. Delicious food. Very attentive and caring staff. Very well located close to public transport and touristic places. We would definitely come back!

I enjoyed my stay here (4 days). It is in a very busy and mixed area of Rossio, however, I was surprised by how quiet the rooms were. My room was fine for one person (though pictures make it seem bigger), the bathroom was spacious. My room was not initially cleaned thoroughly enough (I asked for the mattress cover to be replaced and the toilet was not cleaned). The space has some wear and tear, and needs thorough dusting and cleaning. The bed was very comfortable. The location is central, walkable to tourist sites and the metro. Most of the staff were very wonderful, especially John and those helping with breakfast. The breakfast service was excellent.

This was a perfect base for a family trip to London. Super central and very close to everything you could want in terms of attractions and places to eat and drink. Staff very friendly and the breakfast was fabulous.

The hotel is in a perfect central location, yet our room was quiet at night, with a very comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and professional, and the breakfast is terrific!

This is a great place to stay in central Lisbon, just around the corner from Rossio metro and the Rossio train station, both big advantages.(The train to Sintra leaves from Rossio). It's on the second floor of the street which will help keep prices reasonable. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, the place is clean and our bed was comfortable. The only deficiency was the lack of a reading light in our room. But we'd recommend this small hotel to anyone.
