We got the 1259 sq foot (or similar sized apartment) & it was spacious indeed with a beautiful view & three balconies. It was clean & stayed cool with all the wall A/C units running. The bed was comfortable & there’s enough closet room to support a month’s worth of clothes. The bathrooms need a few things. There was no towel rack or hook & there wasn’t a real door on the shower stall & nothing to prop foot on, so difficult to shave your legs. It was very slippery, too. Even though we got the apartment, which feels like it should come with more service, you get no service. There’s no room service, no robes or slippers, you can’t charge your food or drinks to your room. We ended up going to the store & filling our fridge & going out to eat a lot. Everything was great, service at the pool was slow or we were acknowledged but then forgotten. But nice cabanas. Our only gripe was booking a couple’s massage, arranging our day around it & then when we arrived we find out another couple is already in the room, taking our appointment bc the manager double booked or didn’t ask for the names of spa guests. So, due to the confusion, we decided to allow the other couple keep our appointment. We were disappointed, but we just want other guests to know this happened so they can clarify that their appointment will be honored.

We booked an appartement. It was brand new, clean and calm. The pool area is amazing. The breakfast was perfect with a lot of options. The bar area in the lobby is cool. Interior parking is spacious and secure.

Phenomenal spot. We stayed in the apartment section of the hotel and not the hotel room section. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It is a stunning hotel. The room had the best amenities such as a washer and dryer, dishwasher, amazing kitchen needs, STUNNING view, comfortable bed and bathrooms, adaptors already in the place, etc. It was an immaculate space - amazing finishes. I can confidently say it was the best place we have ever stayed in ever. The pool is amazing too. Walkable to many nearby amazing beaches. Overall - I highly recommend the apartments for anyone travelling as a couple, as a group or as a family. It’s perfection.

This is an outstanding facility. Pools inside and out, easy walking to central Lagos and the coastal walkways. The apartment was huge with separate bedroom, living room and kitchen/dining areas. Parking was free in the spacious basement level with easy in and out. There were two full balconies (one off the living room and the other off the bedroom with a great view of the sea. The balconies were angled such that others could not see into your area (very unique and added to the privacy). Restaurant was good - the breakfast buffet was extensive with both hot and cold dishes - very affordable, too. The price for this 4 star property was quite inexpensive in May! Wonderful stay at this premier property.

Staff is friendly. There is a hotel section and an apartment section at this property which is very new. We stay in an apartment which is very cleanly maintained. The sea view apartment has a great view. Kitchen was well equipped except that there was no pan among the utensils. We see a paper towel rack but no paper towel. Suggest to provide paper towel as well as aluminum foil for use in the oven. It was hard to clean with the cookie sheet after used. Check in time was 15:00 but we were not able to get our apartment until after 16:00. Underground parking was good. Some parking spots are very difficult to parallel park especially if the spot is at the corner. Also it was very difficult to steer into the exit from the one way lane that goes around the parking area.

Excelente apartamento… super cômodo, confortável. O recolhimento de lixo é que não foi agradável, pois precisamos pedir para recolherem o lixo da cozinha e dos banheiros e recolheram apenas da cozinha. O Manual dizia que bastava pedir colocando a placa de limpeza na porta mas não adiantou, tive que pedir na recepção.

Beautiful property with wonderful amenities. The apartment had almost everything needed for a longer stay if you need to. Too bad it was too cold for the pool but loved the Sauna and small indoor pool. The breakfast was great and the one time we had dinner there, the food was delicious. The staff was friendly. I would stay there again...

There are not enough words to describe how much we LOVED this resort. We stayed in 4 hotels during our trip across Portugal & we all agreed this one was our favorite. The hotel is gorgeous & easy to locate. The front desk staff - especially Daniela - helped us with everything! The check in process was so easy & she walked us all the way to our apartment. The pool is humongous & they also had an indoor pool (which was my 4 year old’s favorite part of our trip) with sauna and Turkish bath attached. The kids playroom was bigger than our entire house with tons of activities for my kids - we spent hours here!! The pool area is open and inviting and Felipe and Paolo took great care of us. The wraps and fries by the pool were tasty. Breakfast was a massive spread. We couldn’t believe how many options they had everyday. The lobby smells amazing and is decorated beautifully There are multiple restaurants within walking distance - Palácio do china, piccolino pizza, and beaches you can walk to as well. The location is great. Our only regret is that we didn’t spend MORE time here. Next time we visit Portugal, my husband asked that we spend all 12 days at this resort again! My only request would be to add a jacuzzi! It would’ve made the stay here even better.

10000% recommended. 7 min walk to the beach, 5 min drive to town. Views are insanely beautiful. Loved that had parking available. I can’t recommend this place enough. We’re definitely coming back.

Nice modern building where we spent 1 week in a very spacious new one bedroom apartment. Quality furnishings, nice layout with 2 balconies. Kitchen had a lot of what you’d need plus a washer/dryer combo. It was sparse on a few things however, e.g no fry pan, just 2 glasses, few dishes. No basics provided such as salt/pepper, sugar, oil or vinegar, coffee pods etc so be prepared to shop. Easy in and out underground parking garage. Nice pool with plenty of quality loungers. Didn’t eat at any of the property restaurants.

Beautiful property- apartments have NOTHING but sheets and towels - toilet paper- shampoo - no coffee to enjoy on their beautiful decks in the morning - no salt or pepper or spices for a snack - lovely place just need to bring everything - I feel a few coffee pods and S&P at least to get you started if not long term trip- they also gave my original reservation to another traveler with similar name to over 30 minutes to figure this out and didn’t even offer us included breakfast for our time
