We got the 1259 sq foot (or similar sized apartment) & it was spacious indeed with a beautiful view & three balconies. It was clean & stayed cool with all the wall A/C units running. The bed was comfortable & there’s enough closet room to support a month’s worth of clothes. The bathrooms need a few things. There was no towel rack or hook & there wasn’t a real door on the shower stall & nothing to prop foot on, so difficult to shave your legs. It was very slippery, too. Even though we got the apartment, which feels like it should come with more service, you get no service. There’s no room service, no robes or slippers, you can’t charge your food or drinks to your room. We ended up going to the store & filling our fridge & going out to eat a lot. Everything was great, service at the pool was slow or we were acknowledged but then forgotten. But nice cabanas. Our only gripe was booking a couple’s massage, arranging our day around it & then when we arrived we find out another couple is already in the room, taking our appointment bc the manager double booked or didn’t ask for the names of spa guests. So, due to the confusion, we decided to allow the other couple keep our appointment. We were disappointed, but we just want other guests to know this happened so they can clarify that their appointment will be honored.

We booked an appartement. It was brand new, clean and calm. The pool area is amazing. The breakfast was perfect with a lot of options. The bar area in the lobby is cool. Interior parking is spacious and secure.

Phenomenal spot. We stayed in the apartment section of the hotel and not the hotel room section. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It is a stunning hotel. The room had the best amenities such as a washer and dryer, dishwasher, amazing kitchen needs, STUNNING view, comfortable bed and bathrooms, adaptors already in the place, etc. It was an immaculate space - amazing finishes. I can confidently say it was the best place we have ever stayed in ever. The pool is amazing too. Walkable to many nearby amazing beaches. Overall - I highly recommend the apartments for anyone travelling as a couple, as a group or as a family. It’s perfection.

This is an outstanding facility. Pools inside and out, easy walking to central Lagos and the coastal walkways. The apartment was huge with separate bedroom, living room and kitchen/dining areas. Parking was free in the spacious basement level with easy in and out. There were two full balconies (one off the living room and the other off the bedroom with a great view of the sea. The balconies were angled such that others could not see into your area (very unique and added to the privacy). Restaurant was good - the breakfast buffet was extensive with both hot and cold dishes - very affordable, too. The price for this 4 star property was quite inexpensive in May! Wonderful stay at this premier property.

Staff is friendly. There is a hotel section and an apartment section at this property which is very new. We stay in an apartment which is very cleanly maintained. The sea view apartment has a great view. Kitchen was well equipped except that there was no pan among the utensils. We see a paper towel rack but no paper towel. Suggest to provide paper towel as well as aluminum foil for use in the oven. It was hard to clean with the cookie sheet after used. Check in time was 15:00 but we were not able to get our apartment until after 16:00. Underground parking was good. Some parking spots are very difficult to parallel park especially if the spot is at the corner. Also it was very difficult to steer into the exit from the one way lane that goes around the parking area.

Excelente apartamento… super cômodo, confortável. O recolhimento de lixo é que não foi agradável, pois precisamos pedir para recolherem o lixo da cozinha e dos banheiros e recolheram apenas da cozinha. O Manual dizia que bastava pedir colocando a placa de limpeza na porta mas não adiantou, tive que pedir na recepção.

Beautiful property with wonderful amenities. The apartment had almost everything needed for a longer stay if you need to. Too bad it was too cold for the pool but loved the Sauna and small indoor pool. The breakfast was great and the one time we had dinner there, the food was delicious. The staff was friendly. I would stay there again...

Expedia’s website does not mention the reception is actually Editory by the Sea next door. We were greeted by a person called Diva and she was very unfriendly. She refused to issue three room cards, tried to charge us €20 per person for breakfast rather than the correct rate of €15 and did not entertain an upgrade to commemorate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. This last point was a shot in the dark but we didn’t expect a cheeky reply. Luckily her colleague picked up on her attitude and apologised. She also, issued a 3rd card in the morning. Her name is Isa - if you get her then you’ll feel like a premium guest! The breakfast was a varied spread hot and cold. The pool indoors is small but well maintained. Ourdoor pool has a bar! The apartment was spacious. Plush fittings, rain fall shower was powerful and much needed given the 30° temp. AC, micro, oven, fridge, huge dinning room table. TV in bedroom and lounge. 3 balconies!. Three speedy lifts, car park in basement (well lit and clean). I would give 5 stars across the board had it not been for Diva - she just needs retraining. All other staff were polite and caring. Beach board walk 5-7 mins away. Supermarket 3 miles away - loads of places to each in the old town 7 mins in uber. Rooms cleaned every 4 days but fresh towels on request. I would stay there again.

Spacious room with plenty of room for our family. Views from our balcony was beautiful. Apartment did not come with shampoo and conditioner as advertised. Pool was fantastic. Only negative was that the pool bar closed at 6pm; way too early for summer time. Overall a lovely hotel.

Laundry is good. Each room in the apartment has its own AC so temperature was great. 5 mins from the beach but quite a bit downhill and stairs so folks with mobility issues should be mindful Breakfast was awesome and would recommend. Disappointed as this is one of the few hotels that does not have basic body wash, lotion type toiletries. And there are no shelves or hooks in the washroom either which makes it very difficult to manage clothes and towels to hang. Has potential to get a 5 star review with small adjustments that impact customer experience
