Hotel Ivens is a gorgeous, thoughtfully designed hotel in a fantastic location. The decor is stunning without feeling stuffy, and the overall vibe strikes that perfect balance of stylish and welcoming. What really set it apart, though, was the service. Truly next level. We were there over Christmas with our family, and the team went above and beyond to make the day feel special — thoughtful, kind, and genuinely attentive in a way that’s hard to find. Four-star experience all around, and I’m honestly glad we chose this over the Four Seasons. Bonus: we stopped back a few days later just for drinks at the restaurant and it was such a fun scene — great energy, great cocktails, and a place you’d want to linger. Highly recommend for travelers who care about design, location, and service that actually feels personal.

If there was an option for 10 stars I would have chosen that! We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had the absolute best time! We arrived, room was ready given it was lunch time we decided to have a bite in the restaurant! OMG gorgeous! The food was served in a beautiful light filled room with gorgeous design and delicious food. They make a tiramisu in front of you! Needless to say we ate there several times! The rooms are so stylish, bathrooms fantastic, it's luxury and luxurious! One night we had a few drinks at the bar, it's incredible. The doors are closed in the lobby and you can't imagine this incredible space is beyond and you can't hear a thing! My favourite place to stay in Lisbon, you have my heart!
