Great stay, clean and great location. Very spacious apartment and responsive host Altough be careful it advertises parking available on request and a washer and dryer there is no parking and no dryer…but drying rack is availble. I VERY creaky floors, no one above us but i felt terrible for the people under us everytime i walked, even on tippy toes it was uncontrollable….

We stayed in the ramsey apartment, there are i 4 apartments total with different sizes and occupations. Everything is right outside your door right in the heart of funerals here. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms and our boys were in the lounge with the sofa bed. All rooms are big, bright and airy with lots of historical features but are fully equipped with contemporary standards. Our apartment was very well equipped with everything you needed for a vacation stay. Really modern ac units which we had to use several times because it was quite warm, but they were nice and quiet, perfect for having at night. Even though you are in the middle next to a beautiful park, all windows are double glazed, and the interior shutters give you more peace. Comfortable beds in both bedrooms. So great to be able to walk outside the door and have everything within easy walking distance. nice touch with a welcome basket with lands wine and tea bags. I highly recommend you stay here when you are in madeira, it's really good value for money, especially if you are staying in a piece of madeira history. So good we have booked for next year.

A large spacious apartment with good cleanliness and central location, but also close to the promenade, supermarkets, shops, and tourist attractions. A short walk from the market and old town, and a garden. Restaurants are just outside your door.

We stayed 3 nights, and the apartment was fantastic and a great deal. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-equipped. Also, you can't go wrong with free underground parking and their own wine store next door. You are also in the heart of the funeral, so gaining access is simple. We would certainly return here. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. If you've asked for parking, make sure you've read all the directions thoroughly as the streets are narrow. They're good directions, but I didn't. WiFi works and the bathroom is beautiful. Enjoy.

The charm and large apartment in the center of the funeral. The location is perfect. We were 6 people in the bull apartment on the and floor, very well equipped. Impressed by the welcoming gift of 2 bottles of wine, fruit and a handwritten card. 100 euros per night is a very good price for this location and quality.

We live on the top floor of the apartment, so the stairs for my old legs are quite difficult. The view over the park is great. It is close to the center but not very noisy. Full length mirror would have been useful, but it is well equipped.
