Great location with everything within walking distance. Pedro was super helpful when we arrived and gave us great tips and recommendations. Breakfast is small but nice and a good enough selection, and the hotels offers snacks, water and coffee throughout the afternoon. 24/7 reception and key card entry makes it feel very safe. Only small complaint is the view from the room as it looks out directly onto another building which is under construction.

Very clean room with an amazing breakfast with good but not great AC. A little louder just based on probably the sound dampening of the room, and the room was a little smaller than expected. But the location was super convenient and the breakfast with cake and coffee was fantastic!

First of all, the staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and varied. Our room was spacious although being on the top floor we had to take the lift to the 4th floor and then climb the stairs which are not steep. Bell boy ready to help with luggage. The hotel location great, a few steps from Praca do comercio and Rua Augusta.

Very nice property in a great location. Easy to walk to main pedestrian street and square by the river. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room is nicely decorated. However it is very small. The bathroom is behind frosted glass. They appointed a small space well, but might be an issue. We still enjoyed our stay.

Excelente esse hotel. A localização é perfeita.
