On our way to the algae, we stayed here for one night. It is a lovely hotel and the staff was pleasant. The issue was that, right after we arrived, I heard a loud noise from a spin dryer, which appeared to occur every thirty minutes. My husband went to look around, and the hotel laundry with industrial washing machines was just above our room. It had already stopped by the time we got back from dinner around 9.30 p. M. We werent too concerned as it had begun at around 9.30 p. M. The spin dryer started again. I was astonished to find it. Although I can tolerate most things, I cannot sleep because of the noise that the hotel produces. The hotel structure is very interesting, and the person at reception could not have been nicer.

Now I have stayed at the arc hotel twice. Both times to visit the historic towns of Badajoz and Elves. The Arc Hotel has a very good restaurant that might be closed on Mondays. Also the hotel has a restaurantcafe open every day till midnight. It offers hot and cold meals. A substantial breakfast is served every morning until 10.00 on the ground floor of the hotel across the courtyard from the restaurant and is included in the room price. The rooms are pleasant and well-maintained and clean every day. There are no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room. There is a desk with chair, as well as a television with many channels. AC works exceptionally well. New towels and amenities in the bathroom. The shower could use an update but can provide a strong spray. The entire staff is very friendly. The reception is across the courtyard behind the main restaurant. If no one is there, just go to the restaurant. There is a large parking area on one side of the hotel that is used by goods trucks. This could cause some noise at night. The hotel is easy to locate and a 5-minute drive from elves' centre. The hotel is extremely good value and highly advised. We stayed on the first floor and there is an elevator.

Excellent location because it's close to the highway to Badajoz. The service was very pleasant during all shifts, the breakfast is normal and the place has lovely decorations.

We just want to stay one night while traveling to the Alentejo. It's not too expensive and clean. It was also decent with breakfast and wifi included. It's a outskirts of Elf with easy access to the high street.
