We spent one night at this hotel. It's not unique, but the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Great for a one-night stay, but we prefer hotels with more character or gardens for longer stays. We didn't use the pool. Parking on-site was convenient. There was a small playground for kids.

The staff is friendly, but often in a hurry. Room cleanliness and cleanliness. Breakfast is good. The location is good. We stayed in studios for adults only and were very happy with that. This hotel has enough pools and studios are great. There are some things I could improve, such as the cuisine they offer. For what you get, a bit too much cost. Parking is available.

What a beautiful place to spend time in the Alentejo countryside. It's a fantastic place for family holidays, only five minutes from the charming reguengos de Monsaraz and the Alqueva and the river beach, and two hours by car from Lisbon. Different types of apartments can be chosen, some with a small kitchen. The staff is really kind and always eager to help.

The hotel is located in the heart of the village of Telheiro with views of the castle of Monsaraz. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is a private balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Pre-booking is on rp, but I advise checking first to see if your room is available. The staff will let you go to your room, where you can access the two pools. This will allow you to unwind in the heat of the day and to stroll through the castle in the cool of the late afternoon to the late evening. The lovely traditional restaurant Semi is not far from the hotel. a fantastic spot to stay to enjoy the surrounding areas.

The service was nice from the employees. The condition of the outside area and room was clean and cozy. They upgrade our room after taking care of us. The view, pool, and breakfast were very amazing.
