The location was perfect—close to everything—and the apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the balcony offered a great view. Parking was conveniently located just around the corner, which made getting around easy. We truly felt right at home during our stay. A special thanks to Jorge for making our quick visit so comfortable and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

With Casa Ciana….Beautiful place! While traveling with a two teenagers and Grandma We stayed in the three bedroom suite everyone was very comfortable, and place was clean with everything we needed. Parking was accessible and staff from Mr Jorge to the room attendees were quick to- attend guest. Definitely recommend and Casa Ciana.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Ciana! Our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight, but the staff was so attentive, kind, and helpful with clear instructions for arriving by Uber and checking in. They even sent late-night food options in case we were hungry, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was very clean, cool, cozy, and comfortable. We loved the beautiful Puerto Rican art on the walls, and it was so nice to have water and soda waiting in the fridge. Communication was quick, polite, and easy the entire time. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to an amazing coffee spot nearby(Chocobar Cortés Condado) for a delicious frozen coffee! We would definitely stay here again!

It’s a very nice hotel. I would definitely stay there again. Too bad the second day was a bit of an issue since the city shut down the water for hours but that’s definitely out of their control.

I Travel alone for work. For an executive or alone traveler its Ok. Its a small hotel, but very clean, modern and nice decour. For breakfast you have very near (walking), some very nice cafes with local or international food. It’s a bit lonely at night, so it’s better to go out to eat using Uber. The staff's service is very good.

The apartment was spotless. Only stayed one night before a cruise . Arrived at night and it seemed a little sketchy but area residents were very nice and helpful. Beer across the street in cafe was good !!

My experience with Jorge was exceptional. He communicated with me before, during, and after my stay and stayed on top of everything—I had no complaints. I stayed in the Marc Anthony room, which was clean, spotless, and well-lit upon arrival. The shower was hot and clean, and standard toiletries were provided. The room also included a mini fridge with drinks and a Fire Stick for streaming. There are some restaurants and a food truck park located a short walk from here. When I requested housekeeping, they arrived within 30 minutes, even though they’re not on-site. Overall, I had a great experience, even for just one night. I would definitely rebook and appreciate Jorge’s time, patience, and kindness.

My husband and I stayed one nigh. Very close to the Coca Cola Music Hall (not walking distance, about 5 minutes in Uber). The decor was beautiful, the mattress, pillows and sheets were divine, very comfortable. It is in the small side but I really loved it. Definitely staying again.

We stayed upstairs in Suite #2, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The building is exceptionally clean and secure, and the suite itself was absolutely fantastic. The artwork in the lobby is stunning and immediately sets the tone. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—from Alexa playing music when we entered, to the complimentary beers, water, and sodas in the full-size fridge, to the beautiful concrete countertops. Communication throughout our stay was excellent as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates quality and attention to detail.
