I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Puerto Rico! The staff was awesome, very attentive, helpful, and made me feel welcomed the entire time. The room looked exactly like the pictures, it was beautiful, clean, smelled great, and I felt very safe during my stay. I honestly have no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Rico, and the next time I come back, I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Excellent location and super helpful staff!! I’ll be reminiscing on my stay in Santurce for a while. The walk to the beach and downtown wasn’t bad at all. Will be back!

The property was beautiful. Felt very very safe. I was traveling with two of my friends and we loved our suit. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had our own washer and dryer, the air conditioning was super cool which was awesome because the weather was very hot. Our room was gorgeous. I will definitely be staying here again

It’s a nice experience clean room fast and easy check in it’s a 100 deposit they don’t tell you this when booking so keep it in mine and in the best area you can be in to enjoy everything Puerto Rico has for you I will book here again when I return

The hotel itself is modern and unique but with a touch of Puerto Rican charm. The location is fantastic with quick access to the morning market, great restaurants, and nightlife. Parking was available at a public parking ramp just a few blocks away. The nightlife starts around 10pm and goes fairly late during the week and even later on the weekends, so be ready to hear the street noise!! Hotel staff are incredibly friendly and the housekeeping is second to none. I would highly recommend Casa Placita and would absolutely stay there again.

Super clean hotel, zero bugs. Secure property, with convenient access to La Placita area and the bus lines are a quick 2 min walk. Staff very helpful.. and prices were very affordable (Apr 2026) — A/C is ice cold; rooms are spacious w/ kitchen area that includes fridge, stove, microwave (apartment)

We booked here after missing our flight. It was a great price 2 king rooms with private bathrooms full kitchen and living room. It was very clean and up to date. There are many restaurants and places to go out right outside the door which is so convenient especially if you plan on drinking. Im so happy we found this place I woukd definitely stay again. There wasnt an elevator but its just one flight of stairs. Still worth it. Also a secure building !

I was a bit iffy at first as you never truly know what you’re walking into with regards to how clean the rooms are, what the property looks like in person, etc. Well my sister & I stayed her for four days & honestly this was the highlight of our trip. We loved this hotel, the area was perfect steps away from La Placita. We were able to walk around to everything, the beach, the food strip, Walmart, etc. we rented a car we didn’t even need and although this place doesn’t have parking onsite it wasn’t hard to find parking, the staff was helpful and would let us know if someone in front pulled out, they provided us with a map/guide on where we can and can’t park. The staff were cool, friendly, and helpful. This place is a steal of a deal. I am for sure coming back but this time with more of my family. This place had a pool, although we didn’t go in it the entire time (we are more beach people than pool people), it was small but cute. Rooms are VERY CLEAN. The area is noisy due to construction near by but I live in the city so the noise doesn’t bother me or affect me. & I’m sure once the construction is done it’ll only be noisy at night from La Placita. Highly recommend to all types of travelers. Also this place doesn’t have an elevator but this is something I didn’t mind either, the staff was nice enough to bring my luggage to the room & take it to my car when I was leaving which was very kind and appreciated. The food places near by also 10/10.
